Come and enjoy our beautiful first floor, end unit, ocean view condominium. Court of Palms is a delightful small Key West Style condo complex (20 units) which boasts a lovely yet private courtyard with a pool, trickling fountain, gas grills, tables and swaying palms. This is what is so unique about our recently renovated complex.
We are located on A1A (Ocean Shore Blvd) directly across from the ocean on a 'no-drive/no-build' beach. There is a private access to the uncrowded beach so you will have no problem collecting seashells, surf fishing, sunning or just enjoying the sights & sounds of Mother Nature.
Our unit is fully furnished with all quality linens. There is a queen bed in the Master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom which can be made into a king, and a queen sleeper in the living room. Plush Serta pillowtop mattresses were purchased in 2011 for all beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and microwave above the smooth top stove, new refrigerator with ice maker, tableware, new pots & pans. The entire unit has been completely remodeled with ceramic tile floors, a new bathroom and a completely remodeled kitchen. The air conditioning unit was just recently replaced. We take pride in keeping our personal vacation home updated and very clean.
Enjoy watching your Blu-ray discs or DVDs on our 42 ' flat panel HDTV in the living room or watch extended HD cable programming. The master bedroom has a 32' flat panel HDTV and the 2nd bedroom has a 26' HDTV. Plenty of videos have been provided to entertain the whole family. We have also added high speed wireless internet to keep you in touch with your family and friends or to make that special dinner reservation.
It is hard to find a place that is so relaxing yet close to all of the excitement of Daytona Beach and the Daytona International Speedway!! Make a Memory!! We promise that you won't be disappointed!!

One of the most relaxing times our family enjoyed. We had 15 total between 4 condo's in this complex we grilled each evening, enjoyed pool time and loved the beach area. Everyone joined everyday in our unit we had the best to me. Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend everyone to go and enjoy. Thanks to the owners in making this a special place to remember.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

My family of four had the pleasure of staying in this condo May 12-19th and it met/exceeded all our expectations. It was very well equipped and extremely clean. It had a very nice pool area right outside our door and the beach was just a few steps away. It was 1/2 hour away from Daytona Beach and it was close to a number of very nice restaurants and shopping areas. We traveled with a four week old and the pack-in-play that the owners made available to us was a life saver. The condo was very comfortable and we felt it was an excellent value for our money. The owners were very prompt and helpful in answering our questions prior to making our reservation and they returned our deposit without any delay. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning again next year.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family LOVED this condo! The unit is spotless. The courtyard area is one of a kind, we enjoyed grilling out at the gas grills. Just a few steps to the beach was wonderful especially with children. It is everything a family would want or need in a place to stay!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Thank you for providing us with a clean and attractive place to stay so close to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and having the gas grills just outside in the lovely courtyard saved us alot of money. We did enjoy a few nights out at Alfie's restaurant. The pool and beach occupied our family for days and it was nice that we could sit outside in the courtyard right near our condo door after the kids were in bed. It is just like an outside family room with a pretty fountain. Thank you again for making our vacation so special.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I have stayed in this condo several times. Myself and my family enjoyed it very much, the pool was refreshing, the courtyard is open and comfortable to relax and enjoy yourself. The ocean is right in front of you and access is easy! Daytona is right down the ocean drive to go and sight see and do things. The atmosphere at this condo is very relaxed and private. I have enjoyed many visits to the Court of Palms, expecially this unit. It is a delightful place to vacation being close to Daytona but far enough that the beach seems almost private. The condo is always kept updated and very clean. It is a delight to return every year just to enjoy the courtyard and pool. Can't wait to go back.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: We are both baby boomers living in the beautiful mountains of Western Maryland. Jim recently retired from Verizon Communications after 45 years and I am still working full-time in accounting. We are parents of 3 grown children and proud grandparents of 4 young grandchildren. We have been fortunate to enjoy our condo for 28 years and have made many fond memories. We are working towards the goal of spending a few winter months in Florida, escaping the cold and snow-especially after the blizzard of 2010! We know that you will enjoy the beautiful Court of Palms as much as we do.

We instantly fell in love with Ormond Beach. The clean, private beaches, closeness to the attractions at Daytona and Orlando, the fantastic restaurants and the friendly people are what keeps us coming back for the last 28 years. We always thought that if JD Rockefeller had a summer home here that this place must be truly special. We are never disappointed when staying in Ormond by the Sea. There is always something new to enjoy and discover.
