THE BACKYARD RESORT
The backyard has a beautiful saline pool and spa with 2 waterfalls. Also featured is the six hole putting green and chipping area. The putting green has lights for your evening enjoyment. You can relax and enjoy your covered outdoor kitchen which includes a top of the line gas barbeque and fire magic refrigerator. The patio table and matching fire pit are perfect for entertaining family or guests. This backyard resort also features a commercial misting system, stereo sound system, ceiling fans and Malibu landscape lighting.
THE LIVING ROOM
You will enter through double front doors into the tiled foyer that is etched in black galaxy granite and custom roman columns. The first thing you see is the spectacular backyard through custom scenic windows. For that private setting, the custom motorized roman shades can be drawn with a flick of a switch. This exquisite living room also features a sunken wet bar, gas fireplace tiled in black galaxy granite, designer sofa and coffee table, tropical indoor silk plants, and two Michael Godard paintings. All this over glossy honey oak hardwood floors.
THE FAMILY/THEATER ROOM
This is your hangout. Furnished in a golf theme, featuring a unique and rare designer golf coffee and end tables. The leather sofa, loveseat, and matching chair will treat you to the comfort you deserve. You can watch your movies on a 65 inch hitachi widescreen TV with HD. For a romantic setting, light the gas fireplace to complete the mood.
THE GOURMET KITCHEN
Culinary delight, is what is waiting for you. All counters and backsplashes are covered with black galaxy granite, for that special elegant look!! All the GE appliances and island cook top stove were upgraded for your enjoyment. The kitchen has bar stools for counter dining and a separate eating area. All cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and coffeemaker are furnished for you.
MASTER BEDROOM RETREAT
This private retreat is decorated in an exquisite tropical theme. Furnished with a king size bed, dresser, armoire, and two end tables. The bed is facing a gas fireplace with a 42 inch plasma television above it. There is a sitting area for that private conversation, or to just enjoy a beverage. Also for your convenience there is French door access to the backyard and a large walk in closet.
GUEST CASITA AND BEDROOMS
The guest casita has a separate double door entrance from the front courtyard. Furnished with a queen size bed, sitting area, 32 inch plasma TV, private full bath and walk in closet. Two bedrooms are completely furnished with queen size beds, dressers, nightstands, and flat screen televisions, and full private baths. The Fifth bedroom is furnished as a home office, complete with executive desk, high speed internet access, lap top computer, fax machine, and a 42 inch
plasma TV.

We ranged in age from 9 years to 77 years and everyone of us loved the house. the decor, the space, the yard, not being on top of one another. Plenty of room to have quiet time or to be all together. The great room and the kitchen , and the backyard was where we spent most of the time. My 9 year old grandson saw the tv in the great room and said he was sleeping in there. Our 2 granddaughters 13 and 17 slept in the huge closet in the master suite and had a great time setting it up to there liking. Can not think of anything wrong except we all had to leave. Roys was wonderful to celebrate my birthday. The kids really had fun at the water park. Can't wait to go again next year.

Being from Vancouver, my family decided to escape during the 2010 Winter Olympics. We decided on this property. WOW, what an excellent decision we made! What a beautiful home! It had everything our family of 9 needed (2 grandparents, 4 parents, & 3 children). The master bedroom was so large we all could have slept in it & never touched the other bedrooms. Each family had their own "wing" of the house which worked out perfectly. We enjoyed the firepit almost every night & had s'mores as a special treat for the kids of course. The pool area, along with the outside bar, bbq, & eating area is perfect for larger groups. We started our own mini-putt PGA tournament on the putting green. We also used the office area for printing out directions to Disneyland and had no problems at all. The instructions left for using the office equipment were perfect. Everything was clean and in excellent condition and Steve, the owner, was very polite, friendly, & patient while I played 20 questions with him before we rented the property. We used the cleaning service during our stay & they were very professional and punctual. The house was located close to everything & the grounds surrounding the area are immaculate. We would definitely recommend this property and make sure you dine @ Roy's during your stay. No one wanted to leave, but sadly we had to return to reality dreaming of our next vacation.

The worst thing about our stay was that is was so short! We had a glorious week over Thanksgiving at this beautiful house. It was centrally located to everything we needed. We were entertaining over the holdiay and had a large group come visit. There was seating for everyone because the place is so spacious and appointed to entertaining. The home is decorated beautifully, kitchen fully equipped, great big laundry room, extra fridge in garage for all the left over T-day food, each bedroom had a theme and everyone loved their 'space', and the master bedroom was so large three of us lived in the space and you would never know! The walkin closet off the master bath is so big a queen blowup sleep bed fits comfortable like your own private room (great for nursery or small children needing to be close to parents). The outside living area was wonderful, wish we could just linger there the whole time. Loved the outdoor bar with seating as well as the fire pit, the jacuzzi was well used, as well as the pool. The only thing missing were the floats! There's also a large patio set for outdoor dining which we did often. The putting green had all the clubs and balls and kept us entertained. The office is perfect for those who may need to work while there (so sorry for you!) we only needed our boarding passes printed out which was a great convenience. Starbucks and Walmart are right near by as is food stores and carryouts. Private gated community made us feel safe and was a nice extra. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends but only after I made sure my dates were already booked!

Eight of us old friends loved staying here for a wonderful week. Every year we chose a spot to get away and relax and catch up. We all agreed that this was one of the best we've found. This house was very clean and extremely well equipped and very spacious. The kitchen was fantastic for preparing meals. The pool area had wonderful lounging furniture and very comfortable temps in the pool and hot tub. Steve was very accommodating and helpful when we called with a couple questions. He handled our reservations in a totally professional manner. We liked our stay so much that instead of choosing another destination for next year we have rebooked this awesome home and are looking forward to another relaxing week here. The location is very convenient also. Thanks. Eight fun loving gals!

mike m In 25 years of renting properties in the Palm Springs area I can honestly say that this was the most comfortable and well equipped house we have ever enjoyed. We spent the month of March 2009 playing tennis and golf and really appreciated our lodgings at the end of the day. My family gave it a huge thumbs up.

Our family of six (4 teenage children) and Grandma stayed in this home for 2 weeks in February. It was everything we had hoped for and more! Would definitely recommend this home to anyone, enjoyed the pool, spa, putting green, tennis courts, etc. But most of all, enjoyed being able to soak up the sun in bathing suits by the pool (during a season that snowmobiling is the biggest pastime where we live!).

This house is beautiful. I can't find one thing that dissatisfied us. Very quiet neighborhood. We were here for six weeks and didn't want to leave. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone I speak with.

This home was well stocked and very well-maintained! You can tell the owners really took pride in this beautiful home. The large backyard was perfect for our whole family to have fun and just lounge around, bbq, or sit around the fire pit at night. This rental was spacious and located behind the gates of a great community in the middle of Rancho Mirage. I will definitely rent here again and recommend this home to any large group!!

My family stayed here in Sept. of 2008. This home is incredible!! The interior of the home is beautiful. The pool, spa, putting green were so nice we did not want to leave.The fire pit and bbq for evenings was perfect. I would give this home a 10!!! This is truely a private setting, as during our stay we did not even hear or see the neighboors. P.S. This home shows better than the photos.
