Newly remodeled vacation home in one of the closest neighborhoods to Jenkinson Lake. New stainless steel appliances, new carpet and paint, accents of granite and marble. Large, dramatic wall of stone around a wood fireplace. This home is large, with a very open floor plan, and is all on one story, has 4 bedrooms and is approximately 1,700 sq ft with an additional 400 sq ft detached guest suite. The home has 3 bedrooms and the detached guest house has a 4th bedroom and games (but the 2.5 bathrooms are in main home). Game room has second TV, Pool and Air hockey tables. There is a propane BBQ, patio, swing set and an enclosed hot tub amongst many large pine trees in the fenced back yard.

This home is on a hard to find flat lot that provides lots of room for BBQ gathering and playing. There is a 2 car attached garage and a large gate for RV/boat parking. There is additional on-site parking as well.

The home is close to boating, water and snow skiing, golfing, wine tasting, historic gold mining towns, Apple Hill, and so much more! Come for a relaxing or go out and explore a new adventure everyday! El Dorado County provides tasting rooms with award winning wines.

In the winter months you will have plenty of opportunity for skiing at one of the local ski resorts. Sierra-at-Tahoe is only 30 miles from this vacation home. Many others are located between Pollock Pines and South Lake Tahoe.

  • A few girls and I came here over a year ago for my bachelorette party. We had about 6 girls here; all of us slept very comfortably. This house is close enough to the wineries, and in a very quaint residential area. There was even a cute black neighborhood cat that kept us company while we BBQ'd on their nice gas BBQ! What a catch!

  • This property was definitely a pleasant surprise for us! We have a group of 10+ people, and we enjoyed every bit of our stay here. The interiors are new and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, bedrooms are very comfortable, the game room was just totally amazing! We had so much fun there!
