This charming condo is across the street from the beach and walking distance to unique gourmet restaurants, sidewalk cafes and shops in an enchanting cobblestoned old-Mexico setting. The neighborhood (Amapas St.) is quiet, but it is at the center of Vallarta’s excitement!
The spacious, airy and updated condo has 12-foot ceilings with three ceiling fans and superb air conditioning, colorful Mexican tile décor and lush tropical vegetation surrounding a large deck. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has an island bar and stools and water purifier. Relax in the large bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Entertainment includes TV/DVD/CD, a large movie library and cable. The bedroom has a king-size bed and two single beds with en-suite bathroom and shower. There is also a second bathroom with a shower. We boast excellent security, a large safe, maid service with fresh linen and towels and an iron for your convenience. A local manager is available for special needs or emergencies. Casa Jasmine is a smoke free condo.
Everything you could want or need is nearby: across the street is PV’s most popular white sand beach, Los Muertos, lined with restaurants providing beach service. There is also volleyball, boat and jet-ski rentals, parasailing, fishing and boat cruises. The condo is a short walk away from car rentals, ATM’s, internet cafés, groceries, drop-off laundry, markets and crafts, and Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo with many internationally-famous restaurants too numerous to list. Or, just relax and watch the sunset!

Why the Owner Chose Romantic Zone
We bought Casa Jasmine because it felt like home. It is across the street from one of the most wonderful beaches in the world, and so close to great restaurants and shopping. We love to relax, unwind in the quiet comfort, squeeze some orange juice, lie around the beach and swim, choose an excellent place for dinner, then come home to our cozy condo. We hope you will find it as enchanting as we do.

Casa Jasmine is named for our cocker spaniel. We are a couple from Boston - we love to travel, sample foods of the world and get to know different cultures. Patrice is a journalistic photographer and yoga teacher, with a yoga studio in Boston's South End. Pete began as a lawyer, and changed to teaching Spanish at the high school level.
We have traveled extensively throughout Latin America, and one year we completed an arduous but fantastic drive from Boston to Nicaragua. We plan to retire in PV.

Had a wonderful trip, the condo was great, Vicenta took good care of us. We ate a lot of great food(gourmet fest was incredible)Rented a jeep and went north to punta de Mita for three days, was quiet and beautiful. PV is definetly my favorite place.

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. It is colourful and uniquely designed as though the owner has agreat sense of humour. The beach is very close by and very entertaining. this old town of PV is quite busy with action and plenty of restaurants close by. I had a wonderful stay at Vista Al Mar. I definitely would go again.
