This home is a single level, freestanding, two bedroom and a den, 2 bath, 1980 sf. home in one of the seven neighborhoods (this one is Santa Rosa) at the Montesoro Golf and Social Club in sunny, peaceful, Borrego Springs, CA.

Very light and bright with high ceilings and lots of angles & character, this home overlooks the lake and tees of the 2nd fairway of the renown Tom Fazio golf course. All of the golf action is on the far side of the lake from the house, so you don't have anything other than a gorgeous natural lake setting. It's hard to tell the tees are even there until the golfers come by due to the reeds, grasses, and flowers. Birds and wildlife abound. Desert mountain views in the distance. South facing sunny patio location great for morning grapefruit!

The house has table seating for 6 and is fully equipped including full kitchen, pot/pans/stemware, awesome gas BBQ & even winter outdoor heat lamp. Large screen TV in the den which also has sofa bed. Master suite has a King size, bed, dual vanity, walk in closet, large oval garden style tub ,and separate shower.

Second bedroom has bath of its own which can also be accessed from the hallway without going through the bedroom, dual vanity, & tub shower combo. Also, the second bedroom has a walk in closet, and it's own private patio. Two twins which can comfortably convert to a king.

The spacious floor plan runs 1980 square feet, on a single level with an attached two car garage. Extra guest parking as well.

This neighborhood, Santa Rosa, has a gorgeous recreation center with Pool (heated to approx 80 deg in the winter, heat not necessary in summer), spa, barbecues, bathrooms, ice machine, and tennis court. Sorry, the tennis court is not night lit.

Country club environment is open to well behaved kids/families, but mostly adult oriented.

Borrego Springs is in the middle of the Anza Borrego Desert State Park with outstanding nature trails, for off-road exploration, hiking, biking, & natural beauty, peace and quiet. Need a getaway? This is it. 2 Hours from the rest of Southern California, but a whole world away! Montesoro Golf course, where home is located is private, however, less than 5 miles away are 4 other beautiful, public golf courses. Shopping in our little one strip village is fun, as well as in the neighboring mountain village of Julian. Take a day drive and go to the beach in San Diego, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Legoland, or SeaWorld..

Sunny, warm low desert location without the city!
