This true 2 bedroom, raised first floor unit is located at the popular and well-established Mountainside Condominium Community in Frisco. Just a few blocks from the renowned Frisco Main Street. The decor is Mountain living at its finest. The deck has some of the most dramatic views of all of Frisco – Peak One, Mount Royal, and the Historic Buffalo Mountain. No buildings interrupt your views. The deck also sports a new Weber gas grill and full utensils. In addition this unit has a built in central automatic humidifier.
We have recently added WIFI: So stay in touch or reach out in the comfort of your own condo with Wireless High Speed Internet.
The Kitchen remodel has just been completed. All new Stainless and Black appliances have been installed. The remodel includes new updates in lighting and cabinet backing with new oak wood and trim work.
Our unit has an authentic wood-burning fireplace for romantic evenings or s’mores with the kids. Living Room also includes all New furniture, a new Samsung 37 inch Stereo Flat Screen HDTV with built in DVD Player, and expanded cable. Also included is a Sony 150 watt stereo with AM/FM, 5 disc CD player, and IPOD dock and listening station.
Sleeping Arrangements: Our tastefully decorated Master Bedroom has a comfortable King-size bed, as well as private full Master Bath, walk-in closet, and expanded cable TV. We have added a plush new comforter on the Master Bed.
The Guest Bedroom sleeps five with new comfortable Full/Double bunk beds with a twin trundle. All beds have new sheets, pillows, and comforters. This room also includes a color TV with cable and DVD player.
Second Full Bath is located adjacent to the bedroom.
There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the family room. This sofa sleeper has been improved with additional springs, and support bars for a great nights sleep.
Dining Arrangements: Dinner seating for 10: Dining room table seats 6, kitchen bar seats 4.
Parking: Assigned underground parking puts an end to snow covered vehicles and icy windows as well as protection from the intense UV rays of the infamous Colorado sun.
