Okaloosa Island (a few miles from Destin) is a beach community with no 'skyscrapers' to box you in. Enjoy our white beaches and emerald-blue ocean without the big crowds from tall condos.
You'll also enjoy one of the largest beach-side pools on the island, and appreciate the elevator lobby right off the parking area that provides easy access for arrival and departure.
Our third-floor unit includes a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and features a 32' flat screen, plus wireless internet. The living and dining areas stretch the width of the condo, offering a panoramic ocean view.
A private master bath with double vanity adjoins the master bedroom, furnished with a king mattress set with foam topper for added comfort. The second bedroom--with queen mattress--is next to a separate full bath. Both bedrooms have a flat panel TV and DVD player.
On-site property management by ResortQuest ensures a trouble-free stay with no rental surprises. They also can make arrangements for a discounted round of golf at a number of nearby clubs. About the owner: Islander Beach Condo #3009 is owned by two sisters and their respective husbands. We all share a love for the beach and ocean, but with the kids' school and sports conflicts, we don't get down to the beach nearly as often as we'd like. Part of every trip we make to the condo is spent on maintenance so YOU have a nice place to enjoy your vacation. So if you see things that need attention (the carpets, for example, are always a challenge to keep nice), please let us know. Thanks! NOTE: The Goggle Maps satellite image mark may not be accurate. To find Islander Beach Resort, locate the large condo with the 'stair step' appearance from above.
