Some of the other benefits of staying here are waking up in the morning having a cup of coffee on the lanai, then taking a stroll, less than a mile, to the beach with facilities walking on the sand and in the surf finding your way to Sharky`s and strolling out to the pier, maybe dropping a line to see what you might catch

My wife and I have lived in Sarasota for the past 25 years. My wife attended Venice High School. We always enjoy boating and going to the beaches in Venice just as much or even more so than in Sarasota. Venice still has the beachtown charm that is missing in so many other Florida locations. With our vacation retreat being so close to all that Venice Island has to offer, Sharky`s Pier, Lakes of Venice golf, Casrersons Beach, Crows Nest Restaurant, it makes it an ideal place to visit.
