The house, while situated 95 feet from the bluff, has an inspiring view of Lake Michigan as well as a wooden stairway to a beautiful sandy beach.
A recent addition features a gourmet kitchen.
American Bald Eagles perch and hunt from a tree overlooking Lake Michigan and can be seen and heard frequently throughout the day.
Renters have access to 135 acres of hiking and the Lakeland Association tennis court.
The city of Manistee is a short 10 minutes drive and Ludington is 30 minutes to the south.

Lovely home with gorgeous views of Lake Michigan. We had a wonderful time vacationing here with the private beach and fabulous sunsets. The property is very well maintained and very clean. The owner was very helpful with questions that we had and kept in contact all along the rental journey. The Little River Casino was quite entertaining and we left with a few winnings in our hand. We would highly recommend this property for a couple of days or a couple of weeks. Thank You for the great time.

We had an amazing time staying here with our family over a 2 week period. The house was the perfect mix of being new and remodeled on the inside, without losing the "cottage" feel. We had gorgeous sunsets and many beautiful days on the beach enjoying Lake Michigan! We saw the bald eagles multiple times throughout our trip and also saw deer right in the back yard. Our entire family had a great time and we would definitely recommend this rental.

This is such a beautiful home with so much to do in the surrounding communities. We had so much fun shopping, sight seeing and enjoying the beach. We would highly recommend this home to anyone of all ages. It was so peaceful sitting next to the water just listening to the waves and also watching all the wildlife right in the back yard! This was an awesome experience that so was enjoyable and relaxing.

We spent a lovely, quiet and relaxing week here. The setting is gorgeous, with views of the water from living room, kitchen and dining areas, as well as from the deck chairs perfectly placed on the bluff overlooking the beach.

If you are looking for a spotlessly clean vacation home on the shores of Lake Michigan,then this is your dream. This home has a gorgeous gourmet kitchen and an open concept with a wall of glass to watch beautiful sunsets on the big lake. Where else can you watch the flight of a bald eagle while sipping your favorite beverage on an expansive deck? You are only a short drive from a beautifully restored victorian city, first class dining, charter fishing and gambling. Your own private beach is a flight of steps away!

What a beautiful place to stay in the Fall! I can imagine how wonderful the summers would be playing on the beach. Very comfortable and relaxing home with lots to do around the area if you want to get out. Loved the kitchen!
