A stunning 4 bedroom home with numerous upscale features and very stylishly furnished. Built in 2007, the home is in model condition and offers plenty of room for up to eight guests. The spacious patio area includes several lounge chairs and opens up to a great water view. West exposure guarantees gorgeous sunsets. Pool and spa are electrically heated and can be used year round. Located at the foot of a wide freshwater canal, the surroundings are peaceful and tranquil, yet the stores and restaurants along the Pine Island Rd. corridor are only a few minutes away by car. Newly furnished in 2009, the home is a fine example of a modern Florida vacation home with all the bells and whistles.

This house is very pretty inside, decorated very well. however, if you are wanting a place with a pool & hot tub, this is not the home for you. when we arrived, it was around 10p.m., the next morning we called about the hot tub and how to use it. a man came out and only told us the system was old and not efficient. they charge for electric and this system only gets 1 degree warmer every hour. which means the "hot tub" would never be hot. it was not working correctly even after he came out. so he came again, they gave us pictures of how to use it-not helpful at all-he set it up and we went out for the day, we come home and the whole thing broke down, pool and all. no circulation of the water. they did not apologize for the problem, they did not reimburse us, and did not fix it, almost made it seem like it was some how our fault and it was not in working order until check out day. we would not have picked a place that did not have a working hot tub or pool, and even on this pool & hot tub's best day it is confusing and difficult to use and the staff is not very friendly or helpful. they left no instructions of how they wanted the house cleaned when we checked out, so we cleaned it as it was when we arrived. when the woman from the property management came to check us out, she took pictures of the grill stating the foil wasn't taken out of the bottom and they would charge us for that, i explained that we did not have any information as to what they wanted done, so we quickly took the foil out and cleaned the grill again. their vertical blinds by the kitchen table fall off every time you slide them back, they took pictures of that as if we did something to them. i'm sure they have had many others complaints about these problems, the neighbor told us the pool never works right. i would avoid any property managed by this company in the future!Did you find this review helpful?
