Our home is conveniently located close to Golf(3 minute drive), NASCAR, and Spring Training for the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds. Also very close to Coyotes Hockey and Cardinals Football.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has been exquisitely furnished with brand new furnishings throughout. This lovely, 1950 square foot home backs up to a desert wash with spectacular views of mature Saguaro Cacti and the Estrella Mountains.There are no neighbors behind the home and a wrought iron fence offers a great view.
The property is professionally landscaped and maintained, and has several trees and shrubbery.The backyard has been professionally landscaped with a putting and chipping green along with a fire pit. Enjoy the warm Arizona nights and the mountain views from the backyard!!
The house itself has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The over-sized master bedroom suite is truly exceptional with a queen bed, a master bath with an over-sized soaking tub, separate shower area, double sinks with a private toilet area and a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a large walk in closet and a T.V. , while the third has two twin beds. All mattresses are brand new.
For your entertainment, the great room is equipped with a 45' LCD television.
Bring your laptop and enjoy the complimentary Wi-Fi connection.
Our guests will also enjoy the large kitchen that has been completely outfitted with all of the necessary equipment for cooking and enjoying a homemade meal. There is seating for four at the kitchen table, and up to 2 at the breakfast nook.
The location at Estrella Mountain Ranch provides easy access to Championship Golf (3 min), NFL
Football (20 min), MLB Spring Training (10 Min), NASCAR (20 min) and downtown Phoenix (30 min).
The Estrella Mountain community itself boasts two lakes with walking and biking trails, volleyball courts, and an 18-hole Championship, Troon-managed golf course. Also, located directly across the street from our home is a park for the kids and a two minute walk to the a large play structure, basketball courts and tennis courts.

Justin and his family and Chris and his family. While raising young families, we have come to appreciate the finer things in life. While we enjoy raising our families in Winnipeg and across the pond, we realized that when we first visited Estrella, that this place was where we wanted to spend valuable family time. We have furnished our home with the amenities that you would expect in your own home and a few extras as well.
Why the Owner Chose Goodyear
Estrella was an easy choice for us. With all the community has to offer such as sporting venues,regional parks, walking and hiking trails and lots for the kids to do, it was an easy choice for us to make.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home has a wonderful open feel to it. The backyard has an open fence that backs on to a natural wash with views of the mountains. Our putting green offers hours of enjoyment with a few side wagers to keep things exciting. We have just finished landscaping our backyard with a gorgeous stamped concrete and a wonderful sitting area for great evening conversations. There is also a bbq for grilling those steaks or burgers!!
Our house has an open concept with a great room that opens to the kitchen and a split floor plan.
We have included as many of things a vacation property should have.

We had a great experience in Goodyear, AZ. Great weather, beautiful golf courses, and lots of recreational activities made our stay memorable. If you're looking to get away to relax or to enjoy the many nearby venues (Jack Nicklaus golf course, Nascar racing, pro hockey, pro football, pro baseball), then your search is over. We felt very comfortable in your lovely home. Looking forward to coming back next year! Thanks again!!

Spent 6 weeks in this lovely, immaculate, well furnished home in 2009. It is located in a large, well planned, fairly new development nestled in the foothills of the Estrella mountains on a well landscaped lot with a nice view and cool evening breezes. Located close to the Cleveland Indians (and Cincinnati Reds) Spring Training facility. Easy drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Liked it so much that we've booked 10 weeks in 2010.
