This beautiful 5 year old townhome has been completely remodeled with new carpet, paint and furniture all for your enjoyment.
In the living room you will find a comfy microfiber reclining sectional that also turns into a sofa sleeper to watch TV or a movie on a new 42” flat screen TV. The spacious master bedroom is beautifully furnished with a striking new king size bed and its own cable TV and DVD. Walk in closet and private bath are also included. The second bedroom has a new pillow-top Serta queen mattress with a soft comforter. The third bedroom has a comfortable Sealy queen pillow-top mattress with gorgeous bedding.
The townhome also comes with internet access, cable TV and phone (for local use only) and a fully furnished kitchen.
The complex has a large pool with outside showers and hot tub. Playground and basketball courts. The Clubhouse includes a pool table and exercise room. Tennis courts and city water park are within walking distance. Everything you need to make your family vacation fun and adventurous.
St. George is uniquely situated as the gateway to some of the most magnificent scenery in all the world. Zion National Park (30-40 min drive), Bryce National Park, and the Grand Canyon (2.5 hours to north rim).
Or for a different flavor - Mesquite, NV is only a 45 minute drive, while the ever famous Las Vegas is a mere 1.5 hour drive.

This condo had more room than most I have stayed at in St. George. It was nice that it had an upstairs with bedrooms and downstairs for the living spaces. The pool at the complex was perfect and great for kids. The neighborhood was great, parking was easy all in all I really don't have one complaint.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We loved this condo. Very nice and clean. Decorated really well. Very comfortable. We would definitely stay again! Lovely.

We had a wonderful time in St. George. The condo is wonderful! We will definitely stay there again. We enjoyed being away from the "city" but close to the freeway, gas station, Walmart, etc.

We spent a girls weekend in St. George, Utah and stayed at this condo. It was absolutely fabulous! It was so nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable and we had a great time in the big outdoor pool! We would DEFINATELY stay here again. Tonya was great to work with!

This condo is beautiful and clean. The decor relaxing and calming. The beds were all very comfortable, even the sofa/bed. Everyone in our group had a wonderful time and agreed to come back next year. This place is A++.
