Overlooking Paris from east to west, the views are of Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe. Built upon a hill, the north-facing side of the apartment is on the second and third floor with the small garden of Place Jean Baptiste Clement directly ahead just 300 meters from Place du Tertre. Meanwhile the Southside of the apartments is on the eighth floor gazing across Paris.
The house itself is like a family private house with antiques in the staircase, engravings, and two families living in the three other flats. The flat is sunny and bright, and comes with modern and antique furniture. It has been newly decorated throughout and has fresh modern furnishing.
From its position this flat is perfectly situated for exploring right or left bank, Metro will reach in 20 minutes both directions, and the Montmarte area will seduce for its village life, 40 restaurants around, theaters, and dozen of terraces for meals or drinks.
