This 1930's cottage is not large, but very comfortable and is complete with a gas fireplace and beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.
The cottage is a short drive to Carmel's wonderful restaurants, shopping, lovely beaches, golf courses, wineries and the world class Monterey Bay Aquarium.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Rental Rates .. $2000/week ....$325/night (4 night minimum required)...$5000/month
Holiday weekends: $350/night / 4 night minimum
$325 deposit required to reserve; reservation must be paid in full 45 days
in advance of stay (60 days for holidays/special events).
Cleaning fee of $125 minimum charge. $350 Damage Deposit. ($500 for longer stays)
Non-refundable cancellation fee of one-half of the total rent if cancelled within
30 days of the date that was reserved unless the cottage can be re-rented.
Taxes are included in all of the above rates.
