The Gaestehaus is located only a short walking distance away from the downtown theaters and restaurants. Nestled in a large organic garden with mature trees the Gaestehaus is a unique heaven of tranquility and restfulness so close to downtown.
The apartment is cheerful and bright. The high wooden ceiling in the bedroom, the tall windows and the skylights bring the natural surroundings into the interior. From your bed you can watch the night sky. On cool days, the wood stove can be used for added warmth if desired.
In the fully equipped kitchen a couple of steps up from the bedroom area, you can cook and enjoy a relaxing meal. There are two local farmers' markets and an excellent local food cooperative for fresh and healthy produce.
From the apartment you can walk out onto the deck, which overlooks the garden. It is very pleasant in the morning to enjoy breakfast there, watching the sun come up. Fresh croissants from the local French bakery are only a short bike ride away.
There is ample parking on the street around the property.
The apartment can easily be entered without climbing stairs.
The cleaners used in the apartment are all environmentally friendly.
Some bikes are available to the guests for friendly use.
The European owner has given the Gaestehaus a touch of "old world" charm, and "joie de vie", with great attention to details.
