You won't believe your eyes when you step into this fifth floor, beachfront condo at the Navarre Beach Regency. Our guests have raved about and returned to our unit!
The professionally decorated unit is almost as gorgeous as the view from the 30 foot wide, covered balcony. There is plenty of space for all your guests to spread out and relax - inside and out! See the breathtaking Gulf of Mexico from the kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom. Your guests are within view from the balcony whether they're at the large pool or beach.
Bring your own beach chairs or rent while you're here. There is plenty of beachfront so you'll never feel crowded as you play in the sand and water.
The living room has plenty of seating room overlooking the Gulf. For your extra guests, there is a full-size sofa bed. When you've gotten your fill of the sun, relax in front of the 60" TV and take in your favorite movies on DVD.
The dining room table seats six and there are three seats at the bar-height counter. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts all new appliances and granite counters. There is a coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and all the other appliances, cooking tools and bakeware you will need. There is dish service for 12 and a dishwasher to assist with your clean-up.
Proceed out to the large balcony overlooking the pool, beach, and blue-green water. Enjoy a meal al fresco at the bar-height dining table or recline on one of the two lounge chairs while you read or watch the dolphins.
Pamper yourself in the master bedroom with its private bath and balcony access. Listen to the sounds of the waves as you drift to sleep in the comfortable king-size bed. Lay in bed and watch your favorite programs and videos on the 32" TV.
Your guests will love their bedroom with private bath access. They can spread out in the two comfortable double beds, and with their own TV/DVD in the room, you'll all enjoy watching your favorite programs!
Keeping up with the used towels and bathing suits is no problem here! Attached to the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Our guests have not had many occasions to need it, but for your convenience, on-site maintenance is only a phone call away and ready to accommodate you during your stay.
Navarre Beach is called Florida's "Best Kept Secret." The beach is clean, beautiful, and serene. And it's adjacent to the undeveloped and secluded Gulf Islands National Seashore. There are wonderful restaurants and jet-ski rentals within walking distance. Local attractions include the Gulf Breeze Zoo and The Breeze cinema.
If you are looking to kick back and relax, you don't need to look any further!

What a wonderful week my husband and I spent is this lovely, large condo. It was immaculate and very, very roomy. The balcony is huge and what a perfect view. We hope to return sometime in the future.

We were so very pleased with the condo. It was so spacious and well equipped in the kitchen. We loved the location, the beautiful beach view and breathtaking bay view. It was crowded on the beach because of the 4th! The grandchildren loved the pool and the adults especially loved the balcony! We would love to return again!

the photos don't do this condo justice--it's huge! nice large living area, plenty of kitchen room, even the laundry room was oversized. very family friendly--there were some board games and beach toys for the kids. it was completely immaculate, and the furnishings were comfortable. the navarre beach regency building was very well run and organized--they even had emergency swim diapers available! we've been going to navarre beach for years, and this is one of the best condos we've stayed in. fantastic!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Navarre Beach is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of everday life. We could not have imagined a more peaceful stay in a more beautiful condo. The balcony is unbelievably large and perfect for relaxing, enjoying meals and or cocktails. Anything we could think of wanting, it was there. The condo is decorated beautifully and so spacious. The grounds and pool area were always immaculate and the ladies in the realty office on the first floor were so friendly and helpful. The owner was so friendly and accomodating. We will be back.

This was by far the comfortable, spacious & beautiful condo we've stayed in. Loved it!!! We'll definitely be back. Thanks so much for letting us stay here. Tropical storm Bonnie tried to interfere with our sun & fun but overall we had great weather....it could have been much worse! We've been to the panhandle several times but never to Navarre - my favorite spot thus far. Very family friendly. Looking forward to the next time.... This was our first trip to Navarre but it will definitely not be our last. The beaches here are beautiful and clena. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Our children enjoyed sitting on the small stools nested under the coffee table. Everyone was so friendly and we enjoyed visiting with other families. The view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time on the balcony - listening, watching, eating, visiting - It was great!

We enjoyed our visit to Navarre Beach so much! The condo was comfortable & roomy! The rocking chair was a favorite of the whole family. We enjoyed the nice chairs & table outside on the balcony. It was refreshing to drink coffee & read our Bible out there. We also enjoyed eating out there. Thank you so much for sharing your beach home with us! We loved it & can't wait to come back!
