Our condo was in a perfect location with ready access to several beaches that were good for novice snorkelers and the more experienced. We swam with the turtles and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there. The nearby pool was perfect for a quick"dip". Can't wait to come back againDid you find this review helpful? Great private condo in a perfect location! This was our 4th trip to Kauai and probably our favorite location! So close to two of the best beaches! Also close to shopping and dinning and a short travel to the Canyon or north side. But you could easily stay here and never have to travel anywhere and have the perfect relaxing vacation. Condo and grounds are well maintained. Condo was equipt with all the things you need and was very comfortable. Bar bq, tennis and pool were all very close to the condo. Upstairs is a loft and perfect for older children. I wouldn't suggest it for young children unless an adult is up there with them. We have two teens and it was perfect! Poipu is a wonderful family beach and offered some really great snorkeling. Brenenkees is great for the waves but watch the short break. We can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had it all...sunset views, short walk to Brennecke's Beach for boogie boarding and turtles and an extra minute walk to Poipu Beach for great snorkeling and almost daily visits from Monk Seals. 15 minute walk to the Hyatt and the beginning of the cliff walk, 1/2 hour to waimea Canyon by car and 1 1/2 hour drive to Napaii Coast hike, tunnels Beach and Hanalei. The unit has a great location, great view, and lot's of living space. The drawbacks are that the property is a bit worn and dated, the master bedroon is quite small is the master bathroom, the layout of the living room furniture was a bit awkward (and too heavy to move), and the stairs to the loft were uncomfortably narrow and steep. We had a great stay! We literally walked across the street to Poipu beach. I was pleased that there were beach towels to use, and beach toys - noodle, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. The patio and furniture were in good condition as well. Property management and owner were easy to work with. Was a perfect spot for us to stay I was traveling with my elderly parents and my sister in law.Mom and Dad could walk to the beach,pool and to a causal sister in law and I could walk to several major hotels and enjoy their Happy Hour. She and I could also walk to Poipu Mall with lots of nice shopping and places to eat.Was a 10 min.drive to Koloa to go grocery shopping The condo its self had a very well equipped kitchen, Everything we needed except a cork screw!Condo was very,very clean,had lots of towels , linens,and beach toys.The beds are very comfortable we liked the pillows too.We had a phone to make local calls.The loft is spacious and some what private from the down stairs.With its own Lanai was a great place to sit with coffee in the early morning and watch the sun hit the top of the palm tree.Lovely view of grass and paved path to the beach,as well as a glimpse of the ocean.A short 3 min. walk to the beach to boogie board,a little longer to Baby Beach and a very good Snorkel parent age 84 & 85 were able to walk that far easily.The web site photos give a good idea of the place.The over all feeling is of light and coolness with bright tropical warmth outside.The staff at Poipu 365 were friendly and helpful.I hope to go back again some day.Did you find this review helpful? We were delighted with Manualoha 101. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and spacious. It was perfect for our small family. We loved the view from the sitting room over the grass, through the palm trees to the sea. My daughter liked being able to play outside safely, and being next to the beach and pool. Nice 1 bed room and a loft, 2 bath rooms end unit of a 6 unit condo. No other condo on top. For information: 101 and 104 are end units 1 bed + loft. 102, 103 are middle 1 bed, very nice beach view. 105, 106 upstair on top of 102, 103, great view but has to climb stair to access and has no huge beach front lawn for kid to play. Only Queen bed in master bed room and 2 non configurable twins in the upstair loft. Ceiling fans in master, lof, and living room. Dining area has window to see ginger flower, plumeria, apple banana... garden. Wish to have beds in the broken sofa bed in the loft since it has very nice breeze there. The bogie boards are broken, What a bummer. Plenty of old beach mats, umbrella, chair, snorkel stuff. The ceiling fan in the loft squeaking at hi-speed spoiling the nice breaking wave sound at night. Best access to beach out of Poipu Kai resort. Nice management company. Bringing welcoming fresh orchid and quick response to request. Quick Safety deposit reimbursement. Quick response owner too. Recommended.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
