Come enjoy Ocean Village located on Florida's Treasure Coast on South Hutchinson Island. Ocean Village is a gated resort community on the Ocean with 24 hour security 3,000 feet of Ocean beach, Par Nine Hole Golf Course, 10 Tennis Courts, Pro Shop, Exercise Room, Clubhouse, Poolside Tiki Bar, Heated Swimming Pools, Jacuzzi, Sauna, 2 Bocce Ball Courts, 1 Shuffleboard Court, etc. Also, there is the "Inn" Oceanfront restaurant and bar.
Ocean Village is located on Hutchinson Island, which is bordered by The Indian River and Atlantic Ocean. Situated just off I-95 along Florida's east coast. Ocean Village is just a short drive to Disney World in Orlando (2 hours), Miami, Ft. Lauderdale or Palm Beach attractions. It is about 65 minutes north of the West Palm Beach Airport, 1/2 hr north of Stuart, 15 minutes from Jensen Beach and 1/2 hour south of Vero Beach.
This is a beautiful top floor ocean, golf and river view, two bedroom completely renovated condo. Fifth floor, steps from the elevator in a completely renovated building. Marble floors through-out, custom kitchen with JennAir French door refrigerator, Fisher Paykel double dishwashing drawers, Monogram oven with Advantium micro, Thermador cook-top with granite counter tops. Master Bedroom includes Kingsdown motion bed, 42” television with walk-in closet and adjoining master bath with Grohe walk-in marble shower with seat.
This large open floor plan features all new contemporary furniture. The second bedroom has been converted into an office with modern glass top desk where you will enjoy magnificent views while on the computer or watching one of two LCD televisions.
Queen size portable bed is available for short term guest. The second bathroom includes custom sink with a two person Jacuzzi that also includes an ocean view. Reidel wine glasses, Waterford bedding, Bose surround sound, custom art work, etc., this is the unit to enjoy in Ocean Village.
The village is impeccably landscaped and has every amenity you could possibly want at a price you'd find hard to match. The golf is free off season, and in season $4 fee and tee time needed. There is an Olympic Size heated pool w/Jacuzzi, kiddy-pool, and full service Tiki bar, sauna, additionally there are 3 other heated pools for your enjoyment. 10 Tennis Courts, both Tennis and Golf pro shops are available for private or group lessons.
Tennis and golf round robin tournaments are held throughout the winter months. Brand new exercise room, 2 Bocce Ball Courts, 1 Shuffleboard Court. The "Inn" is an Oceanfront on-site restaurant with weekly entertainment.
Disney World is approximately 2 hours away. The Kennedy Space Center is 1-1/2 hr hours north and is well worth the drive. Baseball: if you're a baseball enthusiast, Ocean Village is only a 1/2 hr away from the LA Dodgers (Vero Beach)and NY Mets’ (St. Lucie West) Spring Training Camps.
Golf: Outside the Village with-in a half hour drive, there are 20 championship public golf courses.
Fishing: The Fort Pierce South Jetty, minutes away, boasts the best fishing in Florida. You can also catch Bluefish, Pompano and other species right on our beach in the winter months. Charter Services and boat rentals are available at the marinas.
Shopping: 3 Major shopping Malls (within 30 minutes driving)
The Treasure Coast Square - Route 1 in Jensen Beach
The Indian River Mall - Route 60 in Vero Beach
The Prime Outlet Mall - Vero Beach exit off 95 and Route 60
Discovery and Education: Ocean Village is surrounded by many preserve beaches and areas that will allow you to view Florida and it's wildlife totally untouched by man. If you drive south on A1A you will find the whole area dotted with preserved beaches and amazing nature trails on the Indian River that are free and open to the public. The Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, UDT Navy Seal Museum and the Manatee Observation Areas (all minutes away from Ocean Village.
Bathtub Beach/Reef - 23 minutes south - great snorkeling/swimming for the children. Horseback riding on the beach - Frederick Douglas Memorial Park (3-4 miles south of Ocean Village) 1st, 2nd, and 4th Sunday of each month approximately $30.
Restaurants: on-site and within 5-10 minutes.
