2 Bedroom 2 bath home on a canal that goes directly to Lake Okeechobee. Keep your boat in the water under the covered boat slip right at the back door. Complete with a cleaning table for your catch.
No boat? Catch fish right off of the dock as you watch the otters play. Enjoy the canal as you watch the egrets walk through the back yard.
Close by to bait and tackle stores and a few minutes to the big city of Okeechobee and all of the stores you could need (Wal Mart, Home Depot, Publix...). All you need to bring is your boat and your well behaved pet.

We loved this place!!! Very very nice! We WILL be renting from them again! Thank u for a great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Mike & Rhonda Thank you for a great two month stay in your rental in Buckhead Ridge in Okeechobee Fl. Your home was so clean, bright and open. The kitchen was very well equipted with all the comforts of home, and then some. Sleeping accommodations were great. This location was perfect: close to shopping, a short ride to the lock leading into Lake Okeechobee, or fishing out our back door on our own pier, friendly neighbors and a safe place to stay.
