My husband and I are originally from Canada. He was born in Ontario and I in Newfoundland. I am a Realtor and he is in the computer business. We bought property here for the first time in 1990 and moved here permanently in 1996. Although my heart first belongs to Newfoundland and we do have a home there, as well as a cottage on Lake Huron in Ontario, we both love the beautiful white sand beaches here, and boating... and of course, the weather :-)

My husband and I rented this condo from April 1,2011 to May 1,2011. Two friends also joined us for a couple weeks. It is a great condo ..very suitable for 2 couples. The condo was very will situated ..we loved the morning sun and enjoyed all the wildlife in the nearby pond. Also,very close to stores and lots of great restaurants and of course only a short drive to the Annna Maria beaches which we loved. The owners were very accomodating and we would certainly recommend this condo to anyone.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
