Welcome to our beautiful home on Long Beach Island, NJ. Our spacious, kid friendly, completely renovated home is the perfect place for family vacations. We are close to everything! Our house is just 4 homes from the beach, and 4 homes from the bay. Directly behind us is the community center, which offers tennis courts and a baseball field for your use. Across the street is also a full playground. Since we are the only house on our street that rents, you will enjoy the quiet, family environment.
The first floor boasts a completely remodeled kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everything is brand new in 2008! The open dining and kitchen areas allow seating for 13 people. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. It has 2 ovens, a convection microwave, and a warming drawer. With two separate working areas, food preparation is a breeze. The inviting living room has all new furniture and a 48" HD LCD TV. There are also two bedrooms and one full bath on the first floor. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds.
On the second floor you will find 3 large bedrooms, a den and 2 full baths. The master suite has a king size bed, office work area, and a remodeled private bathroom. The second large bedroom has a queen bed, and a crib. The upstairs den has a futon and another HDTV. Off of the den is a large bedroom with a bunk bed and 2 twin beds. This room is ideal for kids. Finally, in the hall is another remodeled full bathroom.
Outside you will find plenty of seating on our new patio furniture. We also have a roomy outdoor shower for cleaning up after the beach. We will provide 6 beach passes for your use during your stay.
