Newly constructed in 2006, it is ideal for large families, multiple families, or company getaways, this house sleeps up to 11 people.

Beautiful hardwoods all around, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, full wet bar, two entertainment centers, two washer and dryers sets, hot tub, the works!
Located on the mountain, walking distance to restaurants and many other conveniences. Just a three minute bus ride away from ski base, no need to worry about parking. Bus stop is located just across the street.
During winter, bus runs every 20 minutes.
Description of spaces:
Downstairs - One bedroom (bunk beds + double bed), one bathroom, and a large TV/entertainment room with poker / blackjack gaming tables. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor.
Main floor - Features an open floor plan connecting the dining room, family room and kitchen. There is also one bedroom(King Bed), one full bath, and one 1/2 bath. As you look up from the main floor, you will find grand vaulted ceilings with exposed beams.
Upper floor - Open loft space features a home office(fax machine) and game table. Master suite(King Bed) with full bath, jetted tub, body spray shower, TV, washer and dryer. 4th bedroom(King Bed) with its own full bath and TV is also on this floor.

Security/Reservation deposits:
An initial deposit of $500.00 per reservation is due at the time of booking, paid by credit card. Final payment, including taxes is requested to be paid by check, is due 45 days prior to arrival. Credit card information will be retained until our post rental inspection is complete. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if deposit payment dates or conditions are not met.

If a written cancellation is received 46 or more days prior to arrival, a fee equal to $25.00 per person will be withheld. If the cancellation is received 45 days or less to arrival, full payment will be withheld. Reservation CHANGES made 45 days or less are subject to cancellation fees.

Affordable 5 Star Holiday Lodge - Well Worth The Stay

Myself and my wife used VRBO for the first time and what a result. Hosting 6 friends from the UK this was by far one of the better ski accomodations we have ever stayed at. Huge property, clean with everything you need. Nice detailing on 3 out of the bedrooms (fourth bedroom in the basement was a bit basic but to be expected) We cooked in four nights out of the seven we were there and had an amazing time in the enormous kitchen which was well stocked. Great location (2 minute drive to base of the mountain) with lots of room to relax after a hard days skiing. My only minor hiccups were we had difficulty making the hot tub get to the right temperture every night (we are used to celcius!!! Instructions would be nice) and although we had the master which was sweet, our friends who pulled the short straw for the fourth bedroom did say the mattress was a bit uncomfortable... Apart from that would recommend... Extremely affordable and flexible owner as well (we ended up staying 8 nights for additional cost)
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children.
