BEDAZZLED! is truly a great vacation home. This stunning home is located on the gulf side of 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach. Step right out the backdoor and take a stroll to the beach on the boardwalk that is shared with only a few houses. Or enjoy a dip in the newly added private pool. This will be just the beginning of your marvelous vacation experience. This property is pet friendly for a fee.
The designer Design Spectrum, was inspired by the surrounding landscape, foliage and beach, and has captured the essence of all. Soothing earth tones and hardwood floors are used throughout the home, while intriguing artwork adorns the walls. It is difficult to appreciate all the nuance of this home in the photographs.
The first floor offers a media room with wrap sofa, and flat screen television. There is also a hall bath. The first floor also offers one of the 2 master suites with King size bed and a private bathroom.
The 2nd floor boasts the open living area with a kitchen that is a chef’s dream. With top of the line stainless appliances, Dacor gas stove, under counter ice maker, under counter temperature controlled wine refrigerator & lots of granite counter space. A long bar in the kitchen will seat two as you gather to converse with the hosts as they prepare a meal. There is a dining table with seating for 8. The living room offers a wall mounted flat screen television, and gas fireplace. Just off to the side of the living room area is a separate area with seating for four for a game of cards or a board game with the family. There is also a half bath off of the living room. With access to the balcony to enjoy amazing gulf views, this home was designed with the guest in mind for your perfect vacation. This is such a great house for entertaining that we can arrange to have a chef for all or part of your vacation.
A mother in law suite on the second floor is equipped with a mini kitchen that includes a microwave, compact fridge and sink, a private sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. This suite has a separate entry for extra privacy.
The 3rd floor offers a second Master Suite with private balconies and gulf views. The master bathroom features dual vanity, glass shower, garden tub, and walk in closets.
The 3rd floor also has a Queen size bedroom with private bath. The kids can enjoy the bunk bedroom with a full size bed on bottom and twin size on top. This bedroom also has a private bath. Each of the five bedrooms has a unique and interesting palate and distinction. All of the five bedrooms have a private bath. Each bath is exquisite in its own way; from dual vanities with raised stainless steel bowls, to the tile work that is stunningly different, completely glassed in shower stalls, and dramatic spa tubs. “Bedazzled” is so inviting, wonderfully designed and decorated, that you’ll want to return year after year.
There are several wonderful things to do here, right on and just off, Scenic 30A such as bike riding on the 20 mile bike path. Enjoy a game of golf at the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club that is open to the public with beachfront dining. The Gulf Place Community has open air concerts, a variety of restaurants, and interesting shops and boutiques. The Silver Sands Designer Outlet mall is the largest of its kind in the country and located in nearby Sandestin. Or you can enjoy Grand Boulevard, with restaurants such as Flemings Steak House, P F Chang’s Chinese Bistro, and Tommy Bahamas. Heading east on Scenic 30A, you can stroll around the world renowned destination of Seaside. With Upscale and unusual shops and art studios are all along Ruskin Place at Seaside.
