CONDO: This beautiful luxury condo is located on a one-half mile white sand beach, overlooking the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Our unobstructed view of St John & Tortola from our 2nd floor balcony is PRICELESS! Our condo has been completely renovated with wonderful tile floors throughout, gorgeous granite kitchen countertop & backsplash, new stainless steel appliances, new sliding doors to balcony, unbelievable new bathroom with tiled shower and sitting bench, double granite sink vanity. The condo has new kitchen cabinets with plenty of storage space throughout. We have completely remodeled the living room with new furniture and newly appointed lighting fixtures, as well as new table & chairs for the dining area. We have 2 plasma flat screen TV's in the living room & bedroom.We offer FREE WiFi! Enjoy dining in or eating out on the balcony while watching the moon rise over St John, as well as enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sun come up.During the day there is plenty to do...snorkle 40 feet from our condo, sun bathe on the beach or take a cool dip in our 2 tiered pool. For lunch, there is our Banana Cabana grill located 300 feet from the pool, which serves refreshing adult beverages as well as burgers, dogs and breakfast sandwiches. .Rest and relax in a totally redone condo right on the beach. We also are next to the freshwater pool. Gaze out from the terrace at St. Johns and Tortola.

NAVIGATING AROUND: You can rent a car at the Airport or use local taxis. Taxi's are available at the taxi stand near the lobby on property.
WHAT TO DO: Our condo is located in the D Building, a few hundred feet away from the 2 tiered pool and 40 feet from the water. We are less than a mile from Red Hook, where you can find shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and ferry docks to St John's and BVI's. Our property at Sapphire will offer you jet ski rentals, powerboats, parasailing or fishing charter or sails. Mahogany Run golf course is 20 minutes away and boasts the famous Devil's Triangle.

This condo unit has all the amenitities needed for your stay. It was beautiful and very clean and the beach towel supply was plentiful. It had great views from the balcony and we enjoyed sitting there morning and night. The owner was wonderful in providing information and very responsive to all our needs. We visited somewhere different every day. They ferry to St. John (no passport required) is just down the road and Coki Beach is not far. I would recommend Coki Beach for snorkeling for anyone with small children. November was the off season so this resort was not in full swing, but that was nice. The pool and beaches were not that crowded.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I spent 5 wonderful days at Sapphire Beach. Our condo was great. The view was amazing and the interior was updated, clean and had everything we could have asked for. Caryl was great help with restaurant suggestions and was there for anything we needed.

Date of stay: April 2011 My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 nights in April 2011. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we spent many relaxing moments sipping drinks on the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was so luxurious with the double vanity and spacious shower. We loved the king bed and slept quite comfortably. The location on the second floor looking out onto the less populated section of Sapphire Beach was ideal: it was very quiet there during the day as well as at night. I discovered that the best snorkeling was near that section of beach as well. If you like snorkeling this is the perfect place to stay. No need to drive anywhere else on the island! The water was very calm and clear during our stay there. The reef is quite extensive with lots of beautiful coral. My favorite moment was finding an octopus. I hope someday to return and this condo would be the first place I'd check for availability. In our excursions around the Sapphire Beach area as well as the rest of the island, I found no other place I'd rather stay. Everything was just wonderful. Suzanne and Paul Westminster, Colorado

Folks, We enjoyed the condo very much! To have a view like this is amazing! The condo was great, very comfortable, but agree that an upgraded mattress would be well worth it! Yes The air conditioner was troublesome it seemed that during the early morning hours the unit got very warm even with the temp set between 70 and 73. 9.) 1.) Did our home meet your expectations as communicated through our property listing? If not, why? Yes, the online info and pictures accurately depicted the condo. The high table and chairs on the balcony were wonderful. We could dine outside and still experience the wonderful unobstructed view. The kitchen and bathroom were very modern and convenient. The shower was great. There were lots of shelves and drawers available throughout to condo. 2.) How would you rate the cleanliness of our home? Very clean. No bugs or ants inside which we thought was unusual for a tropical location. Maybe it was because we were on the second floor. 3.) How would you rate the comfort of our bed? Pretty comfy. Our preference is for a firm mattress, which it was. If it was our home we would add a pillow top mattress cover. 4.) How would you rate the quality of the sheets and comforters? Blankets were plentiful. Sheets were available. We were told that we would have maid service twice during our stay since we were staying 9 days. This did not happen. I could have complained to the property manager. Not a big deal. 5.) How would you rate the quality of the towels? Good 6.) Do you feel there were enough towels and sheets provided? Yes Yes7.) Do you feel the kitchen was adequately stocked? Yes, very! 8.) Were you able to use all the electronics and appliances easily? Yes 9.) What else could we provide to improve your stay? We did not like the fact that the A/C did not run to full capacity during the night. We were a little uncomfortable on hot nights. What is one thing we could do to improve your stay in the future? Not all property listings disclose exact building location and condo unit location. It would make decisions easier if these were mentioned for each and every unit. You can never show enough pictures. The spectacular view of this particular unit was not shown enough and we were very pleasantly surprised when we first walked out on the balcony. 14.) How was the service you received from our Rental Manager? Any recommendations to improve service she provided to you? We only met her once. We did have her phone number if we had any problems.
