There are many day trips on which you can embark from Kara's Place - Mackiniac Island, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Charlevoix, and the VASA Trail to name a few. You will want to enjoy shopping and eating in the quaint downtown. Of course, you may just want to relax at Kara's Place.
