The house is completely furnished with new furniture. The master bedroom suite roomy walk in closet and attached bathroom with walk in shower, spa tub and dual sinks is privately located on the East side of the house with a large color HD TV, and sliding glass doors leading to private end of patio and backyard.
Second bedroom has sliding mirrored closet doors, cable TV access, and is privately located on the West side of house.
Third bedroom has a writing desk, computer hook up access, sliding mirrored closet doors with sliding glass doors leading to the patio and backyard.
Second bathroom is a full bath located between 2nd bedroom and office with bathtub, shower and sink. Another half bathroom is available for guests.

$250 non-refundable for cleaning, 50% payment due 60 days prior to stay
Final 50% balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation occurs within 40 days of stay, all monies will be retained.
