There is a fully-equipped kitchen, both gas and charcoal grills, and a screened-in porch and open decks. Besides the bedrooms, the living room also has a large TV with a VCR/DVD player with high-speed internet. Free local calls and the house is a non-smoking home. There is a $300 cancelation fee if canceled within a month of rental and whole rental fee is due if canceled within a week of rental unless able to rent the house for the days listed.
