Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Daily rate of $250 per night June 1- Labor Day. After Labor Day to November 1 &
April 1 - June 1; Suite $170 per night, extra bedrooms $35 each. November 1 to
March 31; Suite $110 extra bedrooms $30 each. Weekly rate is equal to 5 1/2 daily
rates. 3 day or more rent, cleaning fee is included; 2 day rentals have a
cleaning fee of $45 for suite plus $25 each extra bedroom. Cancellation fee is
full rent if cancelled within 2 weeks of rental and $250 if cancelled within month
of rental.

My family of 6 stayed here for 10 days in June. The house is certainly big enough to sleep 12 with 2 queen beds in each of the three bedrooms. The living spaces are comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The screened-in porch was lovely and lots of deck space to use to appreciate the outdoors. The house is set up to be used as 3 separate apartments so it was almost too spread out for our family. The kids were all in the 2 bedrooms downstairs and it was difficult to hear them from our room (could be a bonus for some!) We had two problems during our stay (air conditioner and water heater) and the owner was very prompt in getting someone over to fix the issues. The bathrooms could use some work as the plaster is peeling off the ceilings and the wallpaper is too. The neighborhood was great - pool could be walked to. We had spa treatments at the resort which was very nice. This would be a great place for 3 couples to rent based on the set up of the bedrooms.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this home and we fell in love with Tan Tar A Estates! It was so close to everything Lake Ozark has to offer, and at the end of the day it really felt like we were coming back home. It was a beautifully decorated and completely comfortable home. The owner was so easy to work with, and we look forward to coming back many times! I can't say enough good things about our stay here.

What a great lake house! It is so beautifully decorated. We tried not to expect it to look exactly like the pictures on the website, but to our pleasent surprise, it did. We enjoyed the hot tub and the screened in porch. We plan on staying at this house again and next time bring more family members. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful one.
