Long term lease is $12,000 month, plus utilities and excise tax. Pool service and yard service included. Six to twelve month lease required for long term lease.
2 week minimum for Christmas New Year's dates at $1700 per night. One week during Christmas/New Year's is $2,000 per night.
Taxes of 4.712% and 7.25% apply for all rentals. Deposit required. Cleaning fee required of $700.00 required on short term rentals.
