Lovely single family home, located on the 10th green of the Mustang Golf Course in Lely Resort in Naples. Elegant decor, vaulted ceilings, with open floor plan. The living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom all open via sliding glass doors to the pool and lanai that looks directly out to the 10th green and fairway. The home is open and airy, with open doors on both ends of the home.
Three bedrooms;one is used as a TV/Den with home office and internet, 34" TV. The Master bedroom has a full walk-in closet, bedroom suite furniture and Master bathroom suite, which includes a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser and desk. Second bathroom is full tub/shower bath. The third bedroom is the computer/office/den/TV room with internet connection available, large TV, DVR and comfortable desk and couch/chair combination for relaxed TV and movie watching.
Outside is a private street, 2 car garage, pool with screened over lanai. no bugs) The pool and lanai look over the 10th green. Swimming and sun bathing is relaxed and the veiw is peaceful. Walking and biking paths are nearby. Great shopping and dining in Naples and Marco Island. Marco Island is just 7 miles to the south, with wonderful restaurants, boat rentals, and fishing. Within the Lely resort is the Indian Wells development which is a gaited community on the golf course.
