We welcome you into our second home. We are a family of 4 with school age kids; meaning=we cannot be in the Desert as much as we would like! We take great pride in caring for our condo and are happy to share it with others interested in enjoying the Desert. We are constantly upgrading after a full remodel a few years ago. The kitchen and baths have been gutted. The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. The linens are high thread count and the furnishings are comfortable. There is a new flat screen (2012 season) in the LR, a LCD in the guest room and a 36" in the master.
Sunrise is an active, gated community full of friendly people and with 24-hour security centrally located near shopping, spas, golf courses, casinos, restaurants and museums. Within walking distance are The River, Rancho Mirage Public Library, and grocery stores. Sunrise has 22 pools (2 within steps of our unit; #9 & #10), 19 spas, a Club restaurant, and The Grille for casual dining. You will no doubt, find yourself with plenty to do when you are not relaxing in the courtyard or on the patio enjoying the golf course and mountain views.
