This gorgeous, one level villa is fully equipped with everything you will need for relaxing or entertaining. Invite your friends for cocktails on the spacious lanai equipped with plenty of seating. The heated pool and sunning area are conveniently located right beside the villa.

You’ll love the master suite with its island style furnishings, two huge closets, elegant marble floor and an expansive bathroom. You and your guest will sleep like a baby on the cushy pillowtop mattresses. Guests will enjoy a charming Bahamas ceiling fan, large closet, flat screen HDTV/DVD, and an attached full bathroom. The den is a cozy room where you can relax at the end of the day and watch a movie on the 60” HDTV ( premium movie channels are included) or your favorite DVD. High Speed Internet is available for your convenience if you choose to travel with your PC.

Your private beach, just steps outside the door, insures fine shelling, shark tooth hunting, baby sea turtle nest watching, and perfect sunsets. (Hint: look for the green flash!)

Location: Venice is one hour south from Tampa Airport, 20 minutes south from Sarasota Airport, and 45 minutes north of Fort Myers Airport, and just minutes away from Venice Airport.
