This Countryside Veranda condo is on the first floor. It is private with two lanais. Enjoy your coffee while admiring the beautiful tropical shrubs and flowers outside the kitchen lanai, which faces northwest. The second lanai overlooks a pond and golf course, hole #8, and faces southeast. A few yards outside, take a dip in the heated pool or relax in the hot tub. The beautiful swaying palm trees add to the pleasure. Countryside offers great golf, driving range and putting green. The club house includes a formal dining room as well as a lounge and informal eating area. A fitness center is also available, as well as tennis.
The condo has new wall to wall carpet in 2008. King size bed and large shower are in the master bedroom. Two twin beds in the second bedroom and bathtub/shower are across the hall. Don't miss the fantastic shopping and restaurants in Olde Towne Naples and Fifth Avenue, just 15 min away. The white sand beaches are also a perfect way to spend a day!
