Professionally decorated 2 bedroom & 2 bath Luxury Townhome in the Resort Town of Desert Ridge. Our vacation rental is located just fifty yards from the refreshing crystal clear and cool swimming pool where you’ll also find the hot tub which is warm year round for those chilly Arizona evenings. In the same location you’ll enjoy the executive exercise room complete with free weights and lots of cardio equipment.

The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Bed, Dresser and Nightstands while the Second Bedroom is also furnished with a Dresser, Nightstands and a Queen Bed. The mattresses are new and very comfortable while all linens will be provided and are of the highest quality.

The kitchen is complete with top of the line stainless steel appliances as they are a must while preparing your feast for your family in this designer kitchen. All kitchen utensils are provided in addition to the toaster, coffee maker, blender, flatware, china etc…Enjoy your meal in your informal dining room off the kitchen or simply grab a stool at the breakfast bar.

SPRING TRAINING:
FOR ALL YOU BASEBALL FANS - THE NY YANKEES AND LA DODGERS WILL BE IN SCOTTSDALE THIS YEAR!! GET READY AND RENT NOW!! For the fans, Spring Training means great games, great players, jumbo hot dogs, cheap tickets and the opportunity to get up close and personal with your favorite athletes. Scottsdale Stadium, home of the SF Giants Spring Training is a short 25 min. drive from our townhome. Cactus League Spring training teams include: SF Giants, LA Angels, Oakland A's, Chicago Cubs, Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers and the Milwaukee Brewers. Spring Training begins in Feb. and ends in April.
