For Nature Lovers the Red Rock Canyon National Park is 25 miles.
For skiers,mountain-bikers, and snowboarders the mountains are 22 miles away. For sailors and fishermen Lake Mead is 25 miles away. No Major attraction is more than 30 minutes drive away.
The Floyd Lamb State Park is 9 miles.
I can assure you you can have the best of Las Vegas at this location, the strip, golfing, desert hiking, skiing in winter, and the special deals that off strip casinos like to give.
The park is 2 blocks away and has a beautiful lawn with picnic tables and large grills and a spectacular view of mountains towering up from the desert floor which are snow covered for half the year.
There is desert 3 blocks away excellent for jogging.

Thanks Ray, this was our second year staying in one of Ray's Vegas rentals. This house is clean and has everything we needed. We had 13 people in our team and we never ran out of hot water, I call that a great water heater for this home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The kitchen is stocked and ready to cook if you are not eating out. With all my teenage boys we went for all you can eat buffets, no muss, no fuss! If we enter the Vegas championships again we will be back!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The home was very large and spacious. We loved all the space. It works well for multi families with kids of all ages. We enjoyed the home although they were some minor repairs which need to be made. The only downsize was the neglect on the maids behalf. The maid she thorughly clean before any rental to insure full cleaniness. Despite it all we would rent the property again and would reccommend it to others.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
