Our rustic mountain condo was recently remodeled inside and out. Perfectly located, we are one block from the Snowflake lift and one block from downtown Breckenridge. Our condo is on the third floor, overlooking the 4 O'Clock ski run with towering evergreen trees ensuring privacy, we even have a babbling brook flowing in the summer.
There is no elevator at Double Eagle. We have a hot tub on the property and it is a short walk to the new Upper Village hot tubs and year round pool. The free Summit County Stage stops right in front of Double Eagle, with access to Breck, Frisco, and the Keystone Ski Area. The Breck Trolley also stops here, with service throughout the town of Breckenridge. A real mining town with a long history, Breckenridge is the best mountain town in Colorado for families. We love Breckenridge and our Condo at Double Eagle, and are sure you will, too!
Come for a visit during the summer, you won't be disappointed! With spectacular weather and beautiful mountains to explore, we think Breck in the summer is as good (or maybe better) than in the winter.

Why the Owner Chose Double Eagle
Breckenridge is a unique mountain town. As they say, it's REAL Colorado. From world class skiing in the winter to hiking on spectacular trails in the summer, it has always been our favorite place in the mountains. When the opportunity to buy a condo presented itself, we jumped at the chance! We certainly haven't been disappointed. There's always something to do in Breck, winter or summer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our condo is ski-in/ski-out in the winter, just a short walk to the secluded and never crowded Snowflake lift. You can also literally ski to the door of Double Eagle from 4 O'Clock run. Recently remodeled, our cozy condo sleeps 8 (with a loft that the kids love). Summers are also spectacular in Summit County, making our Double Eagle condo a true year round destination.
Perfect to ski directly to our condo for lunch or at the end of the day at 4 o'clock!
A great new facility, including 2 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor heated pool, an indoor hot tub and changing rooms with lockers and shower

Our family had a wonderful time at Double Eagle between Christmas and New Year. The condo was just as pictured on VRBO and was equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. When we had a question about how the DVD player worked, the owner called us back right away and helped us get the movie started. We really enjoyed skiing home at the end of the day - what a treat. Even when we couldn't ski for a day because of high winds, we still had a blast sitting by the fire and playing games. I would recommend this condo if you are looking for a convenient location (easy to town) with ski access. We've also stayed in this complex (not this condo) in the summer and it was perfect for that season as well.

Our family really enjoyed this condo! The location is great. Walk to the snowflake lift, then ski down to the condo at the end of the day(the kids loved that). It was also an easy walk to the shopping/dining district. Loved the Breckenridge Brewery - great beer! The condo is very clean, comfortable, with everything you need. We cooked 90% of our meals there. And Breckenridge is a beautiful town with great skiing/snowboarding! We would love to go back, and would definitely stay here again. The kids are already planning our next trip!
