  This is our second year in this house for opening season of lobster! What a great house. It is wonderfully decorated. We enjoyed the addition of the new underwater dock lights, you can watch the fish all night! You can be in the Atlantic on your boat in 3 minutes or out on the gulf side in about 10. We kept two boats at the dock and had plenty of room. The new pavers are a plus! John is always upgrading the house. We can't wait to go back again next year for more lobster and grouper. Thanks John for renting such a great house!

  Oue stay at Duck Key was one to be remembered for a loooong time! The weather was beautiful, each and every day was a gift. We really enjoyed the canal activity and seeing a family of mantees swimming right up to us. The food in the Keys is the greatest! If you go hungry while there it is your own fault. We will definately be returning again soon.

  We recently spent a week here on Duck Key and had a wonderful time. The house is very clean, and well maintained. It was beautifully decorated and even more spacious than I expected. We fit 7 people very comfortably. We brought down our boat and were able to have fantastic fishing and diving just minutes away. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. Can't wait to book our next trip!

  It's a tradition for my family to go down to the Keys every summer and have been doing so for almost a decade. We found this house four years ago and have not rented another house since! It feels like home now every time we walk through the door. The owner is a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and helpful from time of booking to end of vacation - including a very speedy deposit refund. The house has been beautifully updated and one would never know it's a rental. Very clean and well taken care of. The flow through canal is clean and wide and it's a very quick ride to open water. The amenities nearby are a plus. We can't wait to go back next summer!

  This place was immaculate. It fit 7 people comfortably. It was in a good location for travel around the Keys, and it was a great place to ride bikes. The owners were easy to work with. We just wish that we could have stayed longer. If we return to the Keys, this would be our first pick of places to stay

  Excellent location! Particularly for boaters, but really for anyone that enjoys being on the water. The house is lovely; well decorated and very well furnished with all the comforts of home. It's located on a wide canal and has ample dock space (we tethered two 21' boats side by side with no problem). Our favorite spot was the 2nd floor balcony (that runs nearly the entire length of the house) - nice place to gather - plenty of bird and just enough boat traffic to keep things interesting. Hawk's Cay Marina offers a ramp (for a very minimal fee). There's a restaurant and a little store at the Marina and it's just a short drive to Key West. Six of us stayed very comfortably and we're all in agreement that we'd definitely return!

  We have stayed at this house 3 times with our 4 young daughters. We think it's a great vacation home. The house is comfortable,very clean and well maintained. The owner's are very easy to work with. We can't wait to come stay here again. Restaurants we enjoy are The Hideaway for great Steak, Sparky's for fish taco's and The Island has great cocunut shrimp.

  We really enjoyed the extremely clean and fully updated home. Peaceful, central location within the Keys made for a great trip. John, the owner, was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Would rent this property again, no question.

  Amazing home on the water.Very clean and refreshing, would never know it was a rental.The decor is beautiful and the house has everything you need.I especially enjoyed that the house is protected from all the heavy winds that blow. The pine tree outside is full of pelicans flying in and out of there nests. I would come back any time.Absolutely loved it!

  This is a beautiful home that is tastefully decorated with a nice open floor plan. We had a very nice relaxing visit and enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the action in the canal. The home is equipment with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation rental.
