Here's the awesome ... lovely, spacious, gorgeous views, got a good deal for a last minute reservation, I would not hesitate to stay here again! Really is a fabulous place! LOVED IT!!!!! The booking people were awesome and attentive when i called with questions, they were great! Here's the bad ... this is not personal against the owners, if anything, it's to help them as I have no doubt they do quite a bit to make their guests happy. Maybe it's time to consider a new post visitor cleaning crew. I paid a hefty cleaning fee and then was still asked to wash linens, scour pot/pans, clean the oven, and clean out the fridge before departure. What is my cleaning fee for? I'm on vacation... get it???? If requested to wash the towels before leaving, please leave the detergent to do so. We also found food in between the chair coushions that was from previous visitors. The wifi was more like "wi-ifyourelucky-fi". Over all, don't hesitate to stay here, it's really worth it. And the place is VERY clean so don't mistake my gripe for the place being dirty, it wasn't at all. Just conveying if I pay that much for the post visit cleaning, then they should do it all, or hire a crew that will do it all, or accept you'll be doing some work before you depart. And if you don't have any pressing personal or work related situations that require response via internet, then no fretting the awful connection. Besides, you'll be enjoying that view and warm clear water and white sand!Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The condo is everything we could have wanted. There is a full bath with each of the three bedrooms and the view was outstanding. We saw more wildlife on this trip than we have ever seen. Dolphins every day and one day a pod of 15 swimming close to the beach. There were 4 large stingrays the size of a desk swimming together and one night at midnight we came upon a 8 inch long squid that sprayed ink in the water when we shined our flashlights on it then washed back out to sea. I would highly reccomend this unit.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely condo in September and let me tell you, it has to be the nicest one in the area hands down. A 5 star rating is just not high enough. The view is spectacular, the rooms are good sized, and the decorations/furniture is very homely. I will certainly be using this owners condo again and again for years to come. Thank you so much and it is well worth the awesome price!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My family just returned from this condo. We were there from 6-18-11 thru 6-25-11. We love it there. This is the second year in a row to stay in this condo. It is very spacious, clean, and has a beautiful view! It is located right off the elevators for easy access. It's great having a full-size washer and dryer in the room! I would definately recommend this room!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We believe this Condo is one the absolute best in Sundestin Resort if not all of Destin! The view is amazing. The unit is well taken care of, and if you have any problems you will be taken care of as well. The location right on the beach and in the middle of Destin cannot be any better. Having a restaurant, bar, exercise room, sauna, etc. in house was an added bonus. Our children enjoyed it just as much as we did, Thank You for a wonderful vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

About the owner: We currently live in Nebraska and fell in love with the Gulf Coast years ago. Many people agree with us when we say these are some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen, and the beautiful emerald colored waters are just magical.
Why the Owner Chose Sundestin:
We purchased this condo in central Destin because of the location, beautiful beaches, immaculate condominium complex, friendly staff, and amenities. Of course, we think it's the best unit in Sundestin, but a lot of our guests and many returning guests do also. It's frequently referred to as the best 3 bedroom unit by the Sundestin staff! The floor lay-out is unique for all the few 3-bedroom units in Sundestin (only 4, 3 rented). We have 2 king-sized bed bedrooms and the third bedroom has both a queen size bed and a twin size bed. Plenty of space for a comfortable visit.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We remodeled this unit in 2007 and then again in 2013 with updated and 'beachy' colors and furnishings. You won't see very often the unique 'beachy' granite counter tops and sand-simulated tile in this unit. The balcony windows in the master and living room provide breathtaking views, and you can frequently watch fish and dolphins swimming the coastline. It's on the 16th floor, in the air conditioned elevator lobby, a short walk to the unit. We know you will agree with us about the uniqueness of this unit and will enjoy a stay in our comfortable and relaxing “home away from home”!
