Situated in the heart of the famed vineyards of the Dry Creek Valley, this beautiful home is conveniently located with in walking distance of several renovated Dry Creek Valley wineries and tasting rooms.
There are picnic areas nearby as well as the Dry Creek General Store and Deli, for your gourmet provisions.
The cottage is updated with central heat and air conditioning, three bedrooms with luscious linens and new bedding and two full baths. Enjoy the open living room, dining room, family room and spacious kitchen. The family room has a 47" dish TV. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking and is equipped with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, flatware, glassware, etc.
The cottage is located 3 1/2 miles from the Healdsburg plaza. There are 70 world class wineries and restaurants within 30 minutes of our property.

There is a $175 cleaning fee $395 and refundable security deposit.
9% Sonoma County Bed Tax. Child and pet friendly.
There is a 3 night minimum for holiday and special event weekends and harvest.
25% discount for weeklong stays. Off season specials available.
