Villa Eleonora is in a panoramic position, on a quiet hillside, near the small towns of Collazzone and Gaglietole, and a short drive on the E-45 Super Highway to Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, and Orvieto. Minutes by car to grocery, supermarket, horseback riding, tennis, and restaurants. Near a nature park, with hundreds of animals in their natural woodland habitat. Gated grounds, very private, not isolated. A perfect villa for large family groups, study groups, and weddings.
Restored in traditional Umbrian country-style, with beamed ceilings and terra-cotta floors, with comfortable furniture. Villa Eleonora has air-conditioning and satellite TV in all the bedrooms. There are Ten Bedrooms with bath, some with queens and some with twin beds, divided between the main villa and an adjacent guest house, including one bedroom and bath with disabled access. Large fully-equipped kitchen, dining room for 20, sitting rooms with fireplaces. All appliances. Tended garden and two wide panoramic terraces for eating out and relaxing. Two pools (one outside and one inside). Gym, sauna, and billiard room with two tables. Children most welcome, sorry No Pets.
