10 acre Arton Farms, located just south of Manila in the cool up-land Malarayat Mountain Range foothills, and just outside of the farm city of Lipa, Batangas, spans the road through the picturesque, flower draped barrios of Munting Pulo and San Isidro. Fully fenced and gated, lighted and secure, the wide, neatly landscaped, and shaded emerald green yard surrounding the farmhouse welcomes guests to an island of peace and serenity.
You will find mangos, rambutan, bananas, lychee, papayas, coconuts, cocoa and many other fruits growing on the farm. In addition Arton Farms is ideally located within range of several outstanding "Day Trips", including Malarayat Golf and Country Club right next door, and San Benito Spa, located in a nearby Rain Forest about 20 minutes away. Additionally, the village of Anilao is near, with its world renowned snorkeling and diving.
The fresh water of Taal Lake is also nearby. Plus, Arton's 29 foot, twin engine, fiberglass boat can be launched an hour away in Balayon Bay. Finally a quiet visit to the ancient Spanish Lipa Cathedral, built in the late 1600's is historic and interesting in the farm city of Lipa City.

Farm will NOT be rented to different groups during same time period.
i.e. If one-third of farmhouse is rented for a time period, it will NOT
