We really like the Blind Pass condominium complex. Pool, tennis courts, wonderful beach, less crowded than many places and close to Ding Darling national wildlife preserve. However, the owners of the unit E210 we rented have some maintenance to do. The TVs are ancient and the picture tube on the living room TV was going so we could only watch about 1/2 hr before it quit. Bathroom window would not open, several other windows would not stay open. Toilet broke day 1 but was promptly fixed. You can get a unit with a balcony for $100 more per week and it would have been worth it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.
Owner response: We were just at our unit immediately after these guests and have remedied all the concerns. We have installed a new 50 include flat screen TV - one of the only ones at Blind Pass. We have also purchased new living room furniture and fixed the maintenance issues. We are dedicated to making our unit as comfortable and fun as possible. Thanks very much for your feedback.
