This is the second time we have rented this cabin and all we can say is "Wow!", again. We have been renting cabins in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for many years and now that we have been renting from Bev, we have no reason to look anywhere else. Bev is professional, courteous and extremely responsive to all questions and concerns. She does an excellent job of keeping her cabins looking the best and provides great amenities, not too mention very reasonable pricing for the superb quality of cabin you are getting. This cabin is an excellent location, only about 5 mins from Dollywood, in a well kept resort with great amenities as well. Trust me, you won't find a better cabin, more reasonable pricing or excellent owners in Pigeon Forge or surrounding areas. Thanks again Bev and we look forward to renting from you again in the future!

This is the owner Beverly. I just had a inquirer be very upset that I had rented the cabin after she had emailed me last week. I try to work with everyone in the most pleasing way I know how. I want to say, If you are inquiring about a cabin, the email inquiry does not hold your cabin for you. This process is just like a hotel reservation. I will be happy to work with you on your cabin reservation but only when you call me and I can process your information and your payments we work out together for you. I am very easy to work with truly. I am honest and try to as helpful as I can. TRULY, I AM TRYING MY BEST!!!

I checked in at this cabin on Sunday, 11/27 and checked out on Monday, 12/5. The cabin was exactly as listed on this site. No surprises but was more than expected. Bev leaves nothing out of her cabin which made our stay one that we will never forget. I took my mom, stepfather with their family dog which Bev approved ahead of our arrival. The location was outstanding. You were minutes from everywhere you may desire to go. I already am making plans on returning back to Bev's cabin next year and can hardly wait. If you are looking to stay in this area, look no further as I assure you that you will not be disappointed. My only recommendation would be that WiFi access be provided inside the cabin as I loved this cabin so much that I did not even go to the club on site where WiFi access is provided. There is nothing else lacking in our stay. Thanks Bev for all of your assistance and your timely responses to any questions that I asked. You are truely a fantastic resource and all of your assistance was greatly appreciated.

This was our second year in a row staying in this cabin. We love it!!! So easy to get to and close to everything. Bev is great to work with and responds in a timely manner to emails and phone calls. This cabin is especially perfect for 2 couples - each bedroom has its own bathroom, king sized bed, TV, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The outside hot tub is a plus as well as the pool table and games. The guys play pool while the girls sit and talk by the huge fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked and very nice. We will definitely stay at this cabin again.

My wife and I stayed at this cabin for 8 days. Oct.1,2011 thru 10-09-11. It is a beautiful cabin with a breathtaking panoramic view. We have been staying at cabins since 1995 and this is the first cabin we have ever decided on going back to. Everything was as described and worked perfectly. The place had everything we needed. Even though there are cabins around, you truly feel secluded on the back deck or in the hot tub---very private. The only recommendations I would make is to install Wi-Fi and replace the coffee maker---it takes forever to brew a pot of coffee! Thank you Bev for allowing us to visit your piece of paradise and we will be coming back!
Owner response:WIFI, I am working on this but pricing for the cabin would have to go up and with cell phone service, most folks already have WIFI access.

We have stayed at several cabins in the Pigeon Forge area and we all agreed that this was the cleanest and most comfortable of all the cabins we've stayed at. The King bed with therapeutic matress was so comfortable!! We also have dogs so having the small lawn next to the cabin was very nice (most cabins do not have any type of lawn with them). This cabin is also extremely accessible to all the major attractions, epsecially Dollywood and Splash Country. The Hidden Spring Resort is very clean and well kept and the roads are well maintained. This cabin is conveniently located within the resort itself as well. You have an awesome view of the mountains from this cabin without having to travel too far up steep hills like other cabins we've stayed at. The only suggestions we would offer and these don't take away from our cabin experience or our rating of the cabin at all are: a more comfortable mattress in the sleeper sofa (even with the mattress pad it still was not very comfortable); and wi-fi in the cabin itself rather than having to go down to the pool to access wi-fi. Other than that, we had a GREAT vacation and Bev was absolutely wonderful to work with. You won't regret staying at this cabin.
Owner response:I have added a thermaputic padding to make this the most comfortable as possible. If anyone has any suggestions on how or where to get something to make a "Sleeper Sofa" as comfortable as a real bed.. let me know please. I am open to improvement always.

Can't express how much we loved this cabin & doing business with Bev. She was wonderful, helpful for our first cabin rental there. You always expect the photos to be nicer than the actual place, sooo not true for this. The pics are what you see + so much more beauty! I highly reccomend this place. Ive told all friends and family about this cabin. The area that its located is perfect. Since one of the main attractions is DollyWood, its a perfect location for visitors going there. Just a mile or so up the hill! Very Clean! Very Beautiful! Very Good Price & Owner! I honestly dont think that anyone could be unsatisfied with the cabin or Bev. The Homeaway site itself is a blessing, so happy I found it & have been sharing with friends as well. Now I see that changes have been made to update the cabin, altho it was perfect before, now im sure its even better with the new bunk beds for extra bedding. Im excited to come back soon, no date set yet, but its gonna happen :) & maybe one day Ill have the perfect cabin with the same layout? Thanx for sharing your Cabin Chasity Nicole

This cabin was very accomodating for our family on our vacation. I have 3 younger kids and was able to bring our dog with permission from Bev, we all had enough room with just the 2 bedrooms and the fold out. Very nice back patio and beautiful views in the morning with the overlook over the valley and mountians. Cabin is very close to Dollywood and easy to get to everything in Pigeon Forge. Bev is very easy to work with and does truly have a very nice cabin to stay in. Thanks again, Chris

The furniture is not only beautiful but so comfortable. The kitchen, bath and bedrooms are fully stocked with everything that you will need. We enjoyed the pool table and the big screen TV in the living area. Believe me when I tell you this is a home away from home. Registration was easy and the owners couldn't be nicer. Let me begin by stating this is the second year we have returned to Hidden Springs for our Dollywood/Gatlinburg getaway. I am a researcher & we found this subdivision to be ideal with its views, variety of rentals, nearby pool, pleasant landscaping & well kept roads. I have a fear of heights = here I have no worry traveling up & down to the rental in all types of weather. This home has a perfect split bedroom layout with a bedroom on either side of the living area & each with its own TV & luxurious bath. I have a spinal issues = I slept very well on the very comfortable mattress. The linens were all very clean & the towels were plentiful. The house is beautifully maintained / tastefully decorated to complement the mountain setting. It has both a pastoral & mountain view from a very private balcony; a downhill, empty lot abuts the building. There is ample & safe off-road parking just by the front entrance. The pool table, games, books, DVDs etc. provide indoor entertainment if needed. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies should you wish to cook. The heat worked quickly & warmed the unit nicely for our record setting 48 degree nights, something all four chilled, adult tourists appreciated. Two minor complaints: bedroom TVs had no satellite reception yet main room was fine (we were all too tired to care); the one (!) small cake of soap per bathroom shared between shower, sink and jacuzzi = cleaning needs to provide two. Unfortunately, we had a very brief stay of only 3 days/2 nights. We tried to see just about everything the area has to offer & spent little time here. The weather was unseasonably cold / rainy; it was so raw & dismal, we never got to use the "hot tub".(Locate the nearby Walmart & Dollar Tree = buy some inexpensive, disposable wet weather/water ride gear.) We tried to plan our touring with the weather forecast which was 50% wrong. Despite it being May, we wished we had brought some extra sweaters / fleece jackets since the nights were very cool. We ('seniors') recommend; Gatlinburg Aquarium (great for all!) & Ripley sideshows nearby; Titanic (much reading =not for young); Dollywood (all shows within park); Wonderworks (crowded, noisy, unusual interactive exhibits but fun for all); "Zorb" (unique experience but $$$). Food...we were very rushed. Dollywood eateries just okay but have 'funnel cakes'; Bennett's Barbeque really good. (Do visit one of the tourist centers for maps, brochures & coupons.) An A+++ vacation; will return
Owner response:If I know there is any problem at all, I am on top of it immediately. Please let me know if the TV or anything has an issue. That is what I am here for, but I cant things if I am not made aware. The TV Satelites were reset. It took all of 5 minutes to fix.

Had a fantastic time in this FABULOUS cabin. Quiet and oh so comforting. All the comforts of home with the exception of we have not got a beautiful view out of our back door at home. Very conveniently located to all you do in Pigeon Forge. This made our second trip to this cabin in two years and as far as I am concerned it will be the only place we will ever stay in Pigeon Forge. And for the record the second stay was just as fun as the first one. Thanks Bev we loved every minute we were there.....made more time this trip to stop and enjoy the cabin and just relax.

We stayed here mid January with friends from northern Ky; beautiful views from greatroom, and the huge deck. The two master suites with a split floor plan are wonderful, especially when two couples are sharing the chalet. Location is convenient to everything, but with a sense of privacy. If you want a bit of exercise, you can walk up and down the hills of Hidden Springs and never have to move your car. Bev was very helpful and made sure everything just right for our visit.

My wife and 4 kids stayed in this cabin over Christmas and when we first walked in we all gasped! I do not have enough good to say about this cabin! We had the best trip ever and will definitely be staying here again! The view is 100 times better than the pictures and the beds were HEAVEN! Bev has everything you need already there and she is the perfect hostess! :) We even got snowed in and didn't mind canceling our plans to just sit in the cabin and watch the snow fall on the mountains! The lady bugs were not that bad and I actually found them quite interesting. The only thing that I wold have changed is we had to plan out our bathing times in the jacuzzi tubs because we had to wait for the water heater to heat back up again but even that was not a big problem! I do not have enough good things to say about our stay and we all shed a tear when we had to leave! Thank you Bev!

I took my family of five up to this cabin for a couple of nights before Christmas and we had a wonderful time. I think the cabin is situated in the perfect spot and the view was spectacular. We cooked all our own meals while there and the kitchen had everything I needed. Bev gave me a nice list of local shops so I knew where to go for groceries. I had a little trouble getting the outside jacuzzii to tempature (i'm sure it was my fault) and Bev had someone up there in a jiffy to get it working right. It was nice to come back after a day of snow skiing to the 100 degree jacuzzi! We also used the pool and the kids said the water was very comfortable to swim in. Don't be discouraged by the ladybugs. If you stay anywhere in the area you will most likely encounter them. We found the trick is to not leave lights on if they aren't needed. The ladybugs are attracted to the lights so we'd just leave them off until we needed to use a bedroom/bathroom. We would definetly stay here again. Thanks Bev!

Bev, I just wanted you to know the "VIEW' is all you said and much more. We really appreciated you accomodating us on short notice. This cabin was not only Immaculate but also tastefully appointed with quality furnishings. The typcial cabin rental does not have fine leather sofas,Temperapedic mattresses, soaking tubs & fireplaces in each bedroom. We loved it very much. It was so comfortable. My daughter says the it the perfect cabin and when she builds a house of her own, it will be just like the View. It was so nice to come to a cabin beautifully decorated for Christmas. The Christmas tree was so beautiful and there are decorations in every room. We had bone chilling cold weather with snow flurries during our visit. The Mtn View/snow falling, from this cabin is Gorgeous. You have lots of privacy in ths cabin and do not see other cabins, just as Bev told us. You think of everything. We appreciated all the written instructions & information . Again, thank you, I promised my family and my 96 year old Aunt that I would write you a note.... S.Hill

Cabin was as described, very nice. We enjoyed our stay. Was hoping to see a bear,in the distance of course, but did not. Loved the bed so much that when we came home, we went out and purchased a KING SIZED BED. Did not like all of the ladybugs.
Owner response:Folks I wish I could come up with a solution to the lady bugs that the park released a few years ago. Now they are everywhere. They are several states wide at this point .If I could resolve this issue, I would be a billionaire.....but for right now, the vacumn cleaner is the only thing we can do to get rid of them. The Bugs bug me too!! & they smell sour if you squish them....!

Safe cabin community in an ideal location for vacations in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Comfortable furnishings and beds, beautiful view from the deck balcony out back. Peaceful and quiet community away from the crowds but close to all area activities and restaurants. Highly recommend this cabin to all who are considering it. I plan to return when I can!

Spent the weekend enjoying the view of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin was beautiful and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night overlooking the mountains. We will use this cabin again and would highly recommend it to friends. The sofa bed is a little uncomfortable, but I think they all are.......So bring a blow up mattress if you have to use it. The other bedrooms were amazing, and the jacuzzi tubs were a added bonus. You will not be disappointed if you chose to stay here!!
Owner response:I was unaware the sleepers were uncomfortable... I have purchased memory foam pads for all the sleepers. I do strive to make everyones visit comfortable, relaxing and a wonderful cabin experience. As of Oct 26th.. the sleeper pads will be installed & hopefully further guests will have a better nights sleep.

When we made our reservations with Bev and George, we never imagined what a wonderful vacation we would experience. Of all the places we have traveled; of all the places we have stayed, none share the quality, the style, and the exemplary accommodations of our trip to the Smokey Mountains and the beautiful cabin we called home for 5 wonderful days. From the panoramic scenic view to the clean, tastefully decorated cabin to the proximity of endless amenities to the beauty of the rolling foothills of Appalacia, we were never disappointed. We spent endless hours on the deck watching the sunset, waiting for little forest creatures to venture bravely into sight, testing our photographic genuis as the sun peaked over the highest mountain & saluting God's country with our morning coffee. The pool table provided hours of late evening enjoyment and the hot tub was an attractive attribute. This is the vacation you have been waiting for. This is the one time in your life that there is no picture worth a 1000 words - there is only miles and miles of memories to relive and reflect. We will return to our new friend's cabin; we will walk the lovely streets of Gatlinburg; we will probably hike once again to points unknown and we will tell everyone we know to consider this testimonial when planning their next vacation. Thank you Bev and George. We had a great time. Hope to see you soon.

This cabin was great. Our family of four stayed here for an entire week and loved every minute of it. The cabin is located in the beautiful Hidden Springs Resort which is a hop skip and a jump from Dollywood and has easy access to anything you want to do in the area. My little girls especially liked the hot pool (Hot Tub). My wife and I really enjoyed all the meals we had on the back deck overlooking the majestic Smokies. Do not hesitate to stay here, we will be back!

We had such an incredible stay in your log cabin. It was perfect for our family of 5. The views were unbelievable, the hot tub was wonderful after a day hiking in the Smokies or walking round Dollywood and the pool table was fun. We found the beds extremely comfortable. We loved Tennessee, having only been to Florida on family holidays before (we live in England) and hope to return one day. The description and photos were accurate. Thanks very much.

We booked this cabin and stayed 7 nights in July. It was beautiful! The pictures on the internet really are what you get. How often does that actually happen? The cabin met almost all our expectations. We would have prefered in cabin wifi, due the distance down to the lobby. We were with out internet all week, so that was a little tough, as a business owner to be so disconnected. Otherwise it was everything we wanted and then some. 2 couples and 2 children, we were all very comfortable for the trip!
Owner response:Wifi Coming to this Cabin 2011 The lodge is less than 200 yards away from the cabin. Not far at all, Truly! The lodge offers a comfy sofa, chairs & desk, (free coffee) for your convenience. Stuffed full sized bear & other animals with a neat full sized bear rug. Great for photos. I use this WIFI myself for my cabin business. It works great. I go down daily, get my work done and the rest of the day I am free to enjoy all the Smoky Mountains has to offer...oh yeah & relax!

My husband and I found this cabin online and immediately loved it..what we didn't realize is how much we would not want to leave! This cabin is absolutely beautiful and spacious with breathtaking views from the back porch and the hot tub! During the downtime between outings our two boys were able to play pool or hang out and play the PS3 system we brought along :) My sister-in-law and I found the kitchen to be very well equipped and we even decided to grill a couple of nights instead of going out. Very relaxing and yet conveniently close to tons of attractions...definitely two thumbs up from the Nelson family
