Anytime is great time to visit Charlotte Harbor. Fishing is the best from October to May. Bring your boat and tie up to our 25 foot dock.Use our 12 foot canoe to fish and paddle in many beautiful mangroves in the area.
Watch Dolphins swim in our back yard canal, as well as Sting Rays. Fishing is all year long ... catch Reds, Snapper, Bass, Snook, Shark, Tarpon and many other kinds of fish.
Go shelling on beautiful beaches, while the warm Gulf water rolls over your feet.
Cook dinner in the back yard or on your own boat dock and view our beautiful star-lit sky.

Had a wonderful month's vacation at this vrbo. Owner was extremely helpful and willing to let us use bikes, kayaks, etc. which we did not use, however. We caught fish off the dock - at least our grandchildren did! It's in an extremely convenient location to shopping, interstate and restaurants. Thanks to Diane & Judy for their advice on local restaurants. We loved Danato's Italian Restaurant and Shark's Fish plus a chain - Ruby Tuesday! Took a charter at Punta Gorda - lots of Dolphins swimming with us! Enjoyed the parks near by for walking and granddaughters loved the Punta Gorda playground. Easy drive to Boca Grande and Fort Myers where we took in a ball game! Recommend! Larry & RobertaRecommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I have been coming to this part of Florida for many years. Always wanted a home here so when the east coast of Florida is busy, I can relax on the water in Charlotte Harbor. Retirement could't come soon enough.

God made a lot of land , but very few salt water accesable lots. Charlotte Harbor is one of the most beautiful places in Florida.There are many places to fish ona explor by boat and canoe.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Early in the morning we usally see who can spot the Dolphins when they come into our canal to feed. It dosent happen every day, but when it does the Dolphins are fun to watch.
