Cross the footbridge in the atrium garden & take in the oversize lanai complete with an equipped bar, TV, plenty of seating, a pool bath & guesthouse. While you sip a cocktail at the bar watch TV or enjoy the beautiful canal view. The lanai is like an open air family room with a pool. It connects 2 buildings. One has the 2 car garage, a guesthouse bedroom & the pool bath while the other has the baha family room where you can also watch tv, build a fire or enjoy the pool or canal view, a well equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 3 more bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms.

Take a dip in the pool or fish from the patio. Wave at the boaters or rent a boat & take the 10 minute ride to the river with only 1 bridge to pass under. Kick back & relax or enjoy a bike ride along the cozy streets. Walk, bike or drive to nearby shops & restaurants. This house is off the main roads but close to everything. Every room has fans so there's always a breeze whether you're inside or out. 3 queen-size & 2 twin air mattresses are available in addition to the queen-size bed in each bedroom.

There is a small beach at the yacht club & Ft. Myers beaches are only 20 minutes away. SunSplash waterpark is even closer. Captiva, Sanibel & Pine islands are 30 minutes away. Naples is 1 hr. & Tampa is 2 hrs away.

    • We had a great stay in February 2009! The pool and bar area were fun and that's where we spent most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and we did lots of walking. I would recommend this place for a great time
