Larry and I enjoyed our vacation very much. With ideal weather we were able to sail, swim, walk the beach, walk the neighborhood, bike, and, of course, shop. Being connected to the Internet was a big plus for us. It helped us stay in touch with our family. Also, it was very helpful in staying in touch with you, as you were very responsive to our needs during our stay there. The house and adjoining bed/bath are large and comfortable. Larry loved the work bench in the garage.

Nice home, lots of bedding and airbeds. There are dishes and silverware for a group up to 15 or 20. We had a nice Thanksgiving Holiday here. The swimming pool is heated, which is a plus. Property is clean and well maintained. Owner was very nice to us, I have recommended this property to another group. Must try restaurant is the Elephant Bar in the Edison Mall. We went to see the Edison and Ford Estates, very entertaining. Lori and Rob

This is our third visit to this paradise in south Florida. The house is clean, roomy and filled with all the necessities! We especially like to hang out in the Lanai by the pool, rain or shine its lovely. The outside landscaping is clean, well done and very tropical! Love it. I can't wait to go back!

we would like to thank for a wonderful week in your house. the house has a lovely scenery. the pool is good and not visible from the neighbors. nature and the canal is located just up the house. we caught some catfish with fish sticks that were in the house, of raw beef on a hook. we saw manatees a few times in the canal. Toni has done much to it can be a good holiday at their house. etc. with bikes, cool bag, and stuff for the pool. we will definitely borrow this house again if we come to cape coral again. the jensen family, Denmark. Fun and Relaxing

If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet place to spend your vacation this is it. This is an older home that has a comfy feel and Toni was like dealing with an old friend. The separate guest house was lovely and the other 3 bedrooms are located at the far end of the house so noise from a pool party won't disturb your sleep. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of linens. A highlight was seeing manatees and sting rays in the canal off the dock.

Family Get Away

We had a great time. Blue skies sunshine you couldn't ask for anything else. The house was plenty big enough for us. We spent most of the time in the pool area. The house was very clean.We will be back next year. Everything you needed is right in the same location. The only problem we had is that it was to Short! Thanks for a great time.

Relaxing vacation

We rented this place for a week and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent a house. We had beautiful weather and spent most of our time by the pool. The owner's were timely in responding to our e-mails before our trip and promply refunded our security deposit afterwards. We rented this house on pretty short notice and when we had friends that wanted to join us it was still that same price for the week even though we had extra people joining us, unlike most other rental properties. We would definately rent this house again.

March 2011 -- Some Kind of FABULOUS!

This house was a huge hit with my family. We had a wonderful place the previous two years, but my family all agreed they liked this house even better. The layout was perfect for us and the way the lanai feels integrated into the house made us feel as if we had twice the effective space. We also really liked the abundance of dishes and pots and pans, which allowed us to eat at home a few nights with ease and not have to wash dishes every five minutes. One of my sisters-in-law spends a lot of her time on bicycles and she was in heaven to have an array of bikes at her disposal. Also great was the flexibility of blow-up beds for the few days we had more than could fit in the four bedrooms. And three full baths was great! It was also terrific to have a grocery store around the corner and we found the location exceedingly convenient. Then there were the owls living in the ground around the corner on 47th street. Who ever heard of owls awake during the day? But these were. Oh, and our landlady couldn't have been more helpful. A pleasure to deal with. All in all, a great house! We hope to come back next year. Great place to vacation!

We had a great time staying here while we got away from winter in MN. We took both our children and in-laws, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor space by the pool is where we spent most of our time, and it was quick driving to everywhere we wanted to go, from Sanibel to the Twins ballpark. The owners were great, too, fixing a small plmbing issue quickly and with very little fuss. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was great for our family get together. The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed to entertain and plenty of room for everyone. The guest house was great. Loved the screened in pool and patio. Couldn't have asked for a more appropriate place. Would love to rent this property again in the future. The owners were very easy to work with.

MN Get Away 2011

The place was great - had everything you needed - plus more. We loved the junk drawer!! So many things to do close by. Went to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Pine Island, Edison/Ford Museum and sat by the lanai and pool the rest of the time. Grocery store and shopping centers were all close by. We even caught a "catfish" in the canal. The weather was not balmy hot but it still was warmer than MN. The place was enjoyed by everyone in our group (ages 25-55).

Family Vacation - Easter Break 4/3/10

We would love to come back to this home. The layout is wonderful and the owners were great to work with. We were on a family vacation with 2 kids and our parents. The guest house was perfect and gave our parents a feel that they had their own place. We loved the lanai area and spent most of our time there or out on the canal fishing with the kids. There were plenty of supplies in the house for the kitchen and linens. The home is located very close to everything we wanted to do.

Location was perfect for our 3 couples party, we only needed 2 rental cars,we were that close to everything we wanted to do.The property is laid out so all had "their own space".The sliders opening to the screened pool or deck area helped us feel "we weren't in Kansas" just what we needed in March.Add a Spa and the property is over the top.We are hoping to return.

We had a great stay in February 2009! The pool and bar area were fun and that's where we spent most of the time. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and we did lots of walking. I would recommend this place for a great time

Fully stocked kitchen which has been great for entertaining. Great lanai with a bar and TV and my husband has been catching fish off the dock all week. We have had a wonderful time. Great location, close to the Publix and some good restaurants. Papa Joe's on Cape Coral Parkway has excellent food.
