Come stay in our family’s fully furnished approximate 2300 square foot, luxury home located minutes from IH-10 on the Northwest side of town. We have remodeled our home to include granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, extra large washer and dryer, new tile and carpet and hardwood floors, and new windows. And the new furniture (including extra firm mattresses) are weeks old.
Our home is located within a gated community. It stands at two stories with the master bedroom downstairs and two additional bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a TV (with cable) and it's own private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. All bedrooms upstairs are spacious with one being a queen size bed while the other is daybed with trundle (two twin mattresses). We also have a full size sofa sleeper downstairs.
We have 2 separate living areas. One is a spacious loft upstairs that contains a wide screen TV (with cable provided) and DVD player and a complete home office with WiFi. The second living area located downstairs with a sofa sleeper (full size mattress) and another TV with DVD and VCR. We also provide free long distance calls anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Downstairs, you will also find our play/game room with a ping pong/tennis table for your enjoyment.
If you would like to cook in...we offer a complete kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and appliances. As well as various spices. Should you feel the need to do laundry during your vacation, we have an extra large washer and dryer in a separate wash room / utility room. We have provided you with detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets for your convenience.
We also provide coffee, creamer, sugar and tea. Other items such as catering and dry cleaning are available upon request (additional fees apply). We have a fenced backyard with a charcoal grill. Should you like to go out to eat, San Antonio offers a variety of delicious dishes to include Mexican, Sea Food, Steak, Italian, Greek, American, Pizzeria, French…all within minutes.
If you are traveling with young children, we provide additional amenities to include a crib, highchair, and bathtub safety items. However, please let us know in advance so that these items may be made available to you. In addition, all cabinets in the kitchen contain childproof locks, all door knobs contain childproof locks and most outlets are covered.

Why the Owner Chose San Antonio
For sentimental reasons, we just couldn't bring ourselves to selling our home. We were planning on renting it to a San Antonio resident...but I wouldn't have access to the house as often as I would have liked. And since the house is in such a fabulous location, we decided to rent it out as a vacation rental! Also, since our 401(k)s aren't worth what they use to be...we decided to diversify our investments a little bit more.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is located in a gated community....so there is a feeling of a little more security. Our community is extremely family friendly...there are no loud, late night parties going on. In addition to the safety and family friendliness, we are also in a great location. Right off IH-10...seconds from a great out door shopping facility, restaurants, and grocery stores...but also minutes from other fabulous shopping centers and golf courses!

We were here for a week long conference in October and loved it. It was perfect for us. We have 3 young kids (4, 2.5, and 1) and it was great for them. The house is tastefully decorated but there are not a lot of breakables that are within children's reach. The owner provided all the baby items (tub, high chair, crib), which was very helpful. There is a small playground and a tub of sand in the background. The garage is 2 car and is available for use. The community is nice and quiet (gated as well). The owner was prompt to respond to questions and very easy to work with. It was nice that many things were already provided such as: charcoal and lighter fluid (for the grill), laundry detergent, softener, diswasher liquid, all toilet paper, towels, etc. The house was very well equipped. Actually the only items we had to buy were food related. Even coffee and tea was already available (including creamers, sugar, etc). I would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. The house is only a couple of miles from I-10 and 2-3 miles from 1604 where Fiesta Texas and La Cantera shops are located. Driving to the Riverwalk was only about 10-15 min (we left around 6pm and there really wasn't much traffic).

We rented this house to stay in while we were in San Antonio for my son's Air Force BMT graduation. It met all of our needs/expectations and then some! We had 5 adults, 3 teenagers and 2 kids and had more than enough room. Anne was more than helpful (as well as quick to respond) with questions we had, and information about the house, as well as places to eat. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone staying in the San Antonio area. Thanks, Anne, for allowing us to rent the house. My son was able to come and relax with family while on Town Pass. He enjoyed being able to have home cooked meals and be able to sit and visit. TONS better than staying in a Hotel!! It was a wonderful experience.

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful house. We have six children and we all had plenty of space. Between the backyard and the ping pong table, the kids were totally entertained. I enjoyed having a kitchen, a washer/dryer and a separate (and spacious) master suite. VERY nice. Everything was clean when we got there and Anna couldn't have been more sweet to work with. The house is centrally located to the major attractions we wanted to go to: about 30 minutes or less from Sea World, Morgan's Wonderland, and the downtown/mission areas.

My family and I were scheduled to be in SA in July but we had to cancel. Anna was very understanding to our situation and was willing to re-list the home so that we wouldnt lose our money. She was able to rent the home for the dates & refunded the money to us. She even went above & beyond and offered us a 10% discount for the next time we book with her. This was our first time renting a home for our family vacation. We usually stay at Embassy suites or Residence Inn, since we have 3 little kids (7, 3 1/2, and almost 2 yr old) and need the space. This home was perfect for our stay. We had enough room for us, our kids, and a guest. The backyard was a nice place for the kids to run around and play in the morning and evenings. We spent the days at the local theme parks, which were all a close drive from the house. The house is also a short drive from many places to eat, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc... It was much more convenient than staying at a hotel, so nice to have the extra room, a fenced in yard, access to washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. We have decided this is the only way to vacation for us, especially while our kids are young. A hotel room, even a roomy suite, would now feel too small. The check-in/check-out process is hassle free too. The owner was very responsive with our questions and made the whole renting process super easy. We definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip to San Antonio.

First time to rent a home. Upstairs had a game room that owner calls second den. It had a TV/ computer and a few toys. Kids were able to play without bothering adults. Owner was responsive when I had a question. The sofabed was in the den down stairs. I was hoping it was going to be upstairs. But as long as you know this- I would definitely recommend this house. House well stocked- none of the foods in the refrigerator were outdated. I would definitely come back to this home again. Great location- close to Sea World and so many restaurants

We rented this home in March 2011,it is all we wanted and more....It is very clean and well maintained in a nice safe area.. we called Anna with a question, left a voice mail and she call back within 5 mins. She is easy to talk to, It is a little out of the way but a very nice place to stay.
