GRAND OPENING SPECIAL! Come stay in our family’s fully furnished approximate 2300 square foot, luxury home located minutes from IH-10 on the Northwest side of town. We have just finished our remodeling to include granite countertops, new kitchen appliances, extra large washer and dryer, new tile and carpet and hardwood floors. And the new furniture (including extra firm mattresses) are weeks old.
Our home is two stories with the master bedroom downstairs and two additional bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a TV (with cable) and it's own private bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Both bedrooms upstairs are spacious with one being a queen size bed while the other is a daybed with trundle (two twin mattresses).
We have a spacious loft upstairs that contains a wide screen TV (with cable provided) and a complete home office with WiFi. There is another living area located downstairs with a sofa sleeper (full size mattress) and another TV. We also provide free long distance calls anywhere in the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
If you would like to cook in...we offer a complete kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils and dishes. Should you feel the need to do laundry during your vacation, we have an extra large washer and dryer in a separate wash room / utility room. We have provided you with detergent, fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets for your convenience.
We also provide, coffee, tea, bottled water and a bowl of fresh fruit. Other items such as catering and dry cleaning are available upon request (additional fees apply). We have a fenced backyard with a charcoal grill. Should you like to go out to eat, San Antonio offers a variety of delicious dishes to include Mexican, Sea Food, Steak, Italian, Greek, American, Pizzeria, French…all within minutes.
You will find yourself with quick access to all major highways and attractions. To include Sea World (20 minutes), La Cantera Shopping Center (5 minutes), La Cantera Golf (5 Minutes), Fiesta Texas (5 minutes) and the San Antonio Zoo (15 minutes). San Antonio also has an amazing Riverwalk and downtown tourist area which are just 10 minutes away.
If you are traveling with young children, we provide additional amenities to include a crib, highchair, and bathtub safety items. However, please let us know in advance so that these items may be made available to you. In addition, all cabinets in the kitchen contain childproof locks, all door knobs contain childproof locks and most outlets are covered.

My name is Annmarie Ochoa - Espejo (I just go by Anna). My husband and I own our vacation rental and I do all the managing. This house was originally purchased in 2001 right after we got married in 2000. We have since had a couple of fabulous kids and dogs and found ourselves too big for our home. So, we moved. I am a CPA and was among the millions climbing the corporate ladder. In 2008, I heard a different calling....one that I didn't expect I would ever hear. And I decided to stay home and raise our boys. Currently, I am on call 24 hours a day for our boys! My 2 new bosses are more demanding and less apppreciative than any other boss I have ever had...but it is also the best job I have ever had.
Why the Owner Chose San Antonio
For sentimental reasons, we just couldn't bring ourselves to selling our home. We were planning on renting it to a San Antonio resident...but I wouldn't have access to the house as often.
