A lovely master suite with King bed and an adjoining luxury bath with double vanities, jacuzzi and walk-in shower is found on the second floor. In addition, you will find a guest room with a Queen bed, a kid's bunkroom, full bath and the laundry room with full-size appliances. All bedrooms open to balconies.
The top floor / observation room on the third floor has a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa (can be used as a sleeping area if needed), a full bath, a wet bar, TV/DVD and an indoor / outdoor stereo system. An open deck with views of the pool and a covered deck are both located on the third floor as well. Take in the views of Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach and the gulf.

We chose to buy in Seacrest Beach for many reasons; but primarily due to the beautiful beaches and pool within walking distance with loads of amenities nearby without the congestion.

We love walking on the beach; the ability to walk over to Rosemary Beach for breakfast or lunch and the feeling that we don't have to get into our car for anything! Everything is within walking distance.

Growing up in St. Louis, with the Mississippi River as our only body of water, the "emerald coast" of Destin became our families' favorite vacation spot. As the area grew, my husband and I began moving east along the coast & fell in love with the peacefullness and beauty of Seacrest Beach. Close enough to incredible restaurants and grills, but not quite as crowded as the Hwy. 98 crowds! Walking distance to not only the sugar white beach, but also to a number of local shops and restaurants; we hope you'll enjoy the area as much as we do.

Thanks, Liz, for allowing my family of four couples and three grandkids, to enjoy our best vacation ever!! Your house was so nice, even more than we expected. Calling the tram for a quick ride to the beach or a quick walk to one of the many pools made for an easy, relaxing day with the kids. Some could return for meals or naps while others stayed depending on their personal schedules. Your house is by far the best we have rented and was so well decorated and maintained. We all plan to book you for this next year as well!!!! Thanks again for being so accommodating!

Shared this wonderful home here with another family, 8 of us total in our group. This is by far the nicest community and home I have ever stayed in. Porches on every level, top of the line mattresses in every bedroom, kitchen stocked with cookware/silverware beyond what we could even use, top of the line linens and towels, I could go on and on. The location to the pool was steps away. It was just fabulous to say the least. I have rented homes the past for vacations, and this was by far the best home/amenities ever. I felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort. I would definatley recommend this to anyone looking for the "Best place to stay" in the area. Thank you Rowland's for making this vacation a wonderful, lifetime memory!!!

Just back to Michigan from four days at Moondance. We were six women from all over the US who met as online friends and get together annually. We loved our stay. Moondance is a lovely home in a perfect location. We walked to the beach every day. We biked to neighborhoods up and down the beach. We drove to neighboring communities. Rosemary Beach offers restaurants, shops, beach and was within walking distance for us. The house has very comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen, lusious linens - even laundry soap. Of all the rentals found on VRBO that I've stayed in, this was the best.

The pool is beautiful and only 60 steps from the house. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The beach was fabulous and we walked there everyday. The kids love digging in the sand and we do too! If you don't want to walk a golf cart will pick you up and take you to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby, Old Florida Fish House and George's were two of our favorites. We will be going back again next year!! Very relaxing and something to do for all ages.

Our entire vacation was fabulous. We had great communication while renting the house and during our stay. The house is gorgeous with lots of room for two families and it was wonderful to have the tower room for the kids to hang out in and all of us enjoyed the 3rd floor patios! The house was furnished very nicely and had all the kitchen supplies/utensils we could ever want. The fridge/freezer was large and the over worked well. The outdoor gas grill was used several times and access to the green area was great for our kids. A super short walk to the pool was great.

My family stayed at Moondance April 2010 and had a wonderful vacation. We stayed for a week at this beautiful property and had so much fun! The property itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. We enjoyed it's spacious surroundings and proximity to the pool and beach. You couldn't ask for a more perfect location. Thanks for sharing your home with my family. Although your website describing the property is well done, the home is much more beautiful in person. The location to the pool and beach was terrific and the community is really first rate. I have never stayed in the Destin area before, mostly choosing Southern Florida as a destination, but I was totally impressed with the upscale surroundings and friendly family atmosphere in the Sea Crest/Rosemary Beach area. Anyone looking for a destination that is so accessible to the Midwest and the Southeast should definitely consider this part of Florida. The beaches, alone, are among some of the most beautiful that I have ever experienced. The whole experience was a real winner and we hope to visit you, again soon.

This property was all we hoped for and MORE! Pristine condition, beautifully decorated, comfortable amenities. Location was perfect for pool use, shuttle to beach was prompt and easy. The 6 decks were amazing. We had 3 families staying with kids & everyone had plenty of personal space and/or group hang-out space. Awesome!!
