The Sun Atlantis beach is shared with Las Casas and is approximately 100 meters away, simply across the street!
This upstairs air-conditioned unit is predominantly decorated in natural fibers and materials; Italian leather, wood, bamboo, wicker, pewter, and cottons.
The bedroom overlooks the pool and has a small balcony patio accessible by an exterior door. Two spacious closets provide more than ample storage for water sports gear.
The living and dining room abut a pond affectionately called "a lake" by Bahamian standards. An office desk unfolds from a unit that looks like a cabinet near the dining table to be used as a computer work station for working travelers. The bamboo wicker dining table seats four. The kitchen counter seats three on pewter swivel chairs.
The sitting area has Italian leather seats and a natural wood armoire.
As an occupant, the tenant will have the right of access to the beach making this residence most unique in that it provides lake, ocean and pool.
This unit is upstairs, literally up a flight of stairs and is unfortunately therefore, not wheelchair friendly.
A laundry room is situated on the bottom floor. Should an occupant require housekeeping services arrangements can be privately made.
