TC Property Management invites you to experience the warmth and romance of Lake Washington waterfront living. We present you with this exquisite 3000 sq ft oasis that is located on the southwest shores of the lake, comes with its very own dock, 52 feet of prime waterfront and is virtually above the water. That’s right folks, it does not get any closer than this! This two-level home boasts two kitchens (one on each floor), 5 bedrooms and three full baths. There is also a Jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms. Recent extensive remodeling includes a new kitchen with all new appliances and fixtures. This home also offers a wide-open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, which makes it ideal for a big family gathering. In addition, the living room also showcases an expansive wall of windows to soak in the full benefits of the waterfront experience.

Accommodations will include three comfortable queen size beds, one full size bed and a high-quality Stearns & Foster plush king size bed in the master suite. There are three additional queen size sofa beds, one in the family room and two in the living room. For the added comfort, there is also a rocking recliner in the family room. Maximum occupancy is 14 people.

For outdoor entertaining, we have two huge decks that are cantilevered on top of the lake to give you the ultimate close-up waterfront experience, which offer an amazing unobstructed view of the lake and Mercer Island. In addition, to ensure a safe environment for all of our tenants, the decks provide secured railings and a locked gate to the dock.

Parking will never be an issue with the seven dedicated parking spots offered, three in the garage, and four more directly in front of it. Off street parking will also be available if there are more than seven vehicles.

Downtown Seattle is about 7 miles away and doesn't involve a single turn. A straight drive from the home to the heart of the city is approximately 12 to 22 minutes. For the added convenience, Safeway, Fred Meyer and Wal Mart are only a couple of miles away on the same street in either direction.

We understand that this is a time for you so we have gone through great lengths to offer you our "Pampered Package" option. We've contracted a licensed Massage Therapist, Beautician and Cosmetologist to be at your service and at your rental.

Lake Washington is a huge 21,000 surface acre lake that is 15 miles long and home to the most prestigious properties that Washington State has to offer, including but not limited to the estates of Bill Gates and Paul Allen.

Charter service on our newer 44-foot yacht is available and will surely include a visit to Bill Gates’ mansion, the Space Needle, Montlake Cut (University of Washington Stadium) and many other great tourist locations from the water. Jetski rentals are also available and will be brought to your private dock. You will be steps (10 to be exact) away from such activities as swimming, boating, jet skiing, canoeing and fishing (2 fishing poles provided). If it’s winter (December thru March), snowmobile rentals and a personal trail guide is available.
