Completed March 2008, Agave Blue is a professionally decorated luxury condominium that sits on the MEXICAN RIVIERA... Located in the Punta Arena complex in Bucerias Mexico, the unit sits above a spectacular infinity pool and right on the beach of the Bay of Banderas. The European kitchen is complete with top of the line appliances, granite slab countertop, microwave oven, instant Hot/Cold water dispenser. Kristen thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo,our 10 day stay at Agave Blue was fabulous, the condo was everything i'd hoped for and more. Location was great, town square just over the bridge, we didn't cook much at home with the restaurants being so close. Sally was great to work with, really a nice lady. We have stayed in PV in Hotel Zone and will never do the resort thing again, not after staying here. The view of the ocean was absolutely beautiful. I would stay here again and would recommend this to anyone.

Wayne & Kris - we truly enjoyed every minute in your beautiful condo! It really allowed us to get to see Mexico in a new light. Bucerias is such a great little town, and the people there are so friendly. The condo was in the perfect location, everything within walking distance. The fact that it had all the modern conveniences (who am I kidding - your fridge is nicer than the one I have at home!) was just the added bonus. The place is by far the best furnished home in the building (our neighbors who were renting a few down from us were jealous and wanted your unit number to book next time). Thank you for opening your vacation home up to us. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and relaxing place to stay!

We loved our week in Bucerias at the Agave Blue condo! The condo easily accommodated 6 adults and everything we might need had been provided. We were met at the airport by a representative of the property who drove us to the condo 20 minutes away in Bucerias, with a little stop on the way at the Mega to shop for food supplies allowing us to settle in immediately upon arrival. A property representative routinely checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. And Bucerias itself is a terrific experience - very different from the nearby Puerto Vallarta. It meets vacationers' needs with terrific food and access to adventures but it is a small, friendly town and this condo is just a charming foot bridge away from the town square. Bucerias and the Agave Blue condo met all our needs for a effortless, relaxing, complete get away. Thanks!

Cyndi & Mel I just wanted let you know that I cannot thank you enough for shareing your Little piece of Heaven with Mary and I. I have to start off by saying that we missed your place before we even left the door to come home. I have never been so taken back by the whole experience of Mexico and I cant wait to come back as soon as possible. I have never walked into a place and immediatly felt at home. This letter cannot explain the emotion of just how relaxed and serene I felt the entire time we were there. Having never been to Mexico I left home with some trepidation as what to exspect but I was quickly calmed by the Graciousness of the people and the absolute beauty of of the small village and Ocean. I found myself staring for hours at a time at the Ocean and occasional breaching of the whales. I loved laying in the pool as the waves made there way to the shore with the calming roar and endless motion. We took long walks on the miles of sandy beach and were surprised at the cleanliness and the pride of the people who kept them spotless. Ive heard rumors of how dirty Mexico is and I have to say I saw nothing that even came close to what I had heard. I love Bucerious with all the art galleries and fun little shops but what I realy Loved was the People and there willingness to please. The street vendors were not a big problem but I must say that the Little children warmed me with thoughts I will never forget. I probley sound like some kind of lost Poet but thats just the way it is. I cannot begin to thank you and Mel enough for a trip of my life. I will return and there is no need to look any further than your place. I wasnt looking a motel or a busy time, I was looking for a place to relax and just breath. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The town of Bucarias is fun and quaint with fantastic restaurants, beautiful beaches and warm friendly people. I would definately recommend this place to anyone!

Our family of 4 (2 teenagers) enjoyed 10 glorious days during Spring Break here, Bucerias is a quaint little place away from the 'city' - we enjoyed the view/sun/pelicans/pool/markets/restaurants - beautiful sunsets and the fried icecream!! We went fishing/diving & snorkelling. Took a side trip to Sayulita to try surfing - very fun! The guys thoroughly enjoyed the canopy zip line. The condo was beautiful with all the luxuries of home. A good time was had by all.

My family and I (four of us total) stayed at this condo in Bucerias for a week. We expected a good time. We had a GREAT time. Bucerias is a quaint and appealing town - small, comfortable, with great restaurants, fantastic food, yet with lots of recreation available. We enjoyed the pelicans diving for fish, para-sailing, beach sun-bathing, beach walks, and swimming. Bandaras Bay was warm and clean, sparkling with life and hope. And, we took a short taxi rides to PV where we went on a sailboat excursion and up to the jungle for the canopy zip line rides - REALLY FUN. And if you want dancing, both PV and Bucerias have that too. The condo itself was also FANTASTIC - modern, clean, comfortable, spacious with new appliances and furniture. The deck is fantastic. Just wait for the evening sunset - you'll love it too.
